I have served in the military, i am a journeyman Plumber, i am a commercial diver, a scuba instructor, a cosmetologist, i am certified in biohazard search & rescue as well as many other things. For the last 6 years i have been serving and bartending in several restaurants across the country. I have trained a lot and been in many many classes with many different instructors. Recently the owners of my restaurant purchased an espresso machine through coyote coffee equipment. This company is one of the best Espresso equipment companies encountered. Efficiency , courteous , thorough. i needed a part and called earlier than their opening time . The woman that answered the phone took my request and I was immediately contacted . Not only did they ship the part out, but checked with me to see if it had arrived . The part arrived in California two days from the order . i tried three other vendors before i reached out to Coyote Coffee. i’ve been in the coffee business for over 40 years. The cafe I work at recently had coyote come out to do our routine service for our equipment. This was the first time we used them due to our previous company losing their mechanic. The two owners came out and serviced our espresso maker, grinder, water tank, and filters. They were both professional and personable. They included me in on what they were doing and shared their knowledge every step of the way. They came over prepared and fully equipped on what parts they may have needed so there was no waiting time to get things back to running smoothly.
