I have visited this location before and had standard Starbucks visits. So, no complaints so far. However my last experience was not a good one. I went inside to order because the drive through line was long. There was no one in line, and I ordered a grande peppermint mocha with soy and no whip & a croissant. I wanted to use my stars for the croissant. The cashier said my stars covered everything and I owed nothing. I waited for over 15 minutes and watched 4 people who ordered after me get their orders with multiple drinks first. Then, I got mine & it was just warm not hot like it had been sitting, but I was in a rush so I took it. When I get to the car, I see there’s whip on it. I take it back in and just ask for a spoon to scoop it off since I can’t wait 15 mins again for them to remake it, and when I do, I realize more than half the grande cup is whip. There’s not even enough coffee in the cup for a tall. I asked the barista if this was normal and she says no, but since I don’t want to wait 15 minutes again for them to remake it, I can get a refund. I told her I used my stars & she essentially says I’m all out of luck then since only calling corporate can fix that. So, I left with nothing. It wasn’t until I went to a different location later that I realized she didn’t just use my stars. She also charged my card. So, I paid for my order, used all of my stars on the order, and walked out with nothing but “call corporate” to fix it. I later called and spoke to the supervisor who told me they could offer me 1 free drink if I came back that day. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it in same day as I stopped in on my way out of town. Read moreI ordered 2 drinks Caramel frappe Twix drink I ask the lady at the drive through if she can make a Twix drink and she said we don’t really make the Secret drinks unless you know what’s in them and I told her it was in it and they made the drink but she put so much chocolate Syrup in the Bottom of the cup it’s so much it’s like in drink the Syrup and then I have to put the drink right away when I get home in the freezer because it’s not even like it’s watery like idk what’s up with the people that work there but they are so careless and and like they job or something because every time I go to this Location because it’s literally down the street from my house instead of going out my way all the way to the one on Alma school in Guadalupe, which I done plenty of times because I do not wanna go to this location, but I was like maybe today will be different. Read moreWhen I walked in, Gavin greeted me and took my order. Simple coffee pike roast, and I waited for a few minutes. The place is very nice, orderly, and well kept.. After a little bit of waiting, he politely notified me that they were brewing a fresh batch for me and it would be a few minutes longer. I said "thank you for letting me know, it means alot." He told me "is there anything you would like while you wait? I apologize about the wait!" I said ""Yea ill take a water thank you!" Most places don't do this and this stood out. After he got my coffee and said thank you to me and said to let him know if there's anything else you can do for me. Just the simple action to be polite and professional and following up,, made a big impression on me and really stood out.
