Eeek. So today in the evening. Around 6pm maybe? I went through the drive through. I ordered a quad espresso with sweet cream iced grande size. A green tea and kale bites. Usually I have great service here. So that's why it's three stars not one. But the girl I spoke to with glasses was SO RUDE. At the window she began to give me a cold brew grande with cold foam and I said "i'm sorry I didn't order that I know it can be hard to hear I ordered a quad espresso." That's all I said and very kindly. I order the same thing everywhere I've ordered this drink so many times. I don't like cold brew it's too strong. Espresso is strong enough and I don't like the cold brew taste. I worked at Starbucks and that's the drink I liked there I made special for myself. So the girl was flustered and slammed the window shut on me. Awkward. Then opened it and started to tell me "yeah well you ordered a cold brew and that's what you said so I made it." And i said "no i did not say that. I said qaud esspresso. Its no big deal like i said. " But she kept forcing that its what i said and was so adamant and weird about it. That I made the error not her. Why would I say coldbrew? I don't think she likes being corrected and I'm literally so nice so there was no reason to keep putting words in my mouth that were not mine. Then she brought my drink pushing it at me and said again I said colbrew.i shook my head and left. Someone needs to tell that girl that she's having trouble hearing and to stop attacking customers because she's making mistakes she can't own. It gave me a weird vibe and it was very bullying. But normally I have great experiences. I don't think she needs to be fired but she needs to learn to own her mistakes and stop blaming others and being a bully. Usually starbucks employees are super cool and give you the messed up drink free and your drink remade. And just say oops sorry and it's no big deal. but she was not okay. Read moreI stopped here on my way to work this morning and waited nearly 15 minutes just to order. There weren't many cars in front of me so maybe there was a complex order, but even once I did order it was another 10 min before I even got my drink. I ordered a Venti Chai with pumpkin cold foam and very lite ice. Once at the window the girl informs me it was over $6, when thats not what I had paid the other day for the exact same drink. I asked why and she explained they charge extra for the cold foam. I took the drink and headed to work, only to notice my cup was 3/4 full of ice. Upon tasting the drink it seemed to be very textured, like there had been a packet of raw sugar dumped in. It was very very disappointing. Read moreThis is my favorite starbucks! The staff is always friendly and almost always have what I wan't. I have gone there often enough and ordered the same thing the same way that the staff knows exactly what I wan't just be me asking if they have a particular food item in stock. That and they can see me in their cameras. But still I like that kind of customer service. I say a few order and they know what I want.
The line is usually short and if there is a line I usually don't have to wait long before I pull up to the intercom.
My wife also loves this Starbucks. She will usually meet her friends here every once and awhile to visit and she ends up staying there for a few hours not just because of her friend but because she like the atmosphere and the energy...
