We came here a few months ago and had a pretty bad experience. Our server seemed like he just didn’t care and was moving around like a sloth, taking forever to get to our table. When he finally did, he brought us edamame we didn’t order. We told him it wasn’t ours, and he was like, “Are you sure? I think it’s yours.” We confirmed it wasn’t, and he just shrugged and said, “Well, it’s yours now,” and walked away. After dropping off our food, he completely disappeared, and we had to go up to the counter just to get our check.

We chalked it up to a bad day and decided to give it another shot today. Big mistake. We got seated, and after 10 minutes of no service, I had to go up to the counter. A nice, shy guy said he’d help us, and we gave him our order. But the same server from last time was there and same attitude, zero care. He brought out our sushi, basically dropped it on the table, and when we asked for utensils and soy sauce, he acted like we were asking for the world.

Then it got worse. As he walked away, he hawked up like he was swallowing a booger, super gross. And he kept doing it as he delivered food around the restaurant. He brought my partner’s food, apologized for taking mine to another table, and said they’d remake it. After waiting several minutes, he finally brought it over, mumbled another apology, and walked off.

Long story short, we won’t be coming back, and honestly, we’d suggest others think twice as long as that guy’s still...

Tried to order an hour before closing, had the Uber eats app kick me off the menu, tried to call in an order and was told "if you order in the next 5 minutes we will let you pick it up" called back less than 5 minutes later to be told "nope. no more pickups tonight. because no one picks up on time" so I drive to the restaurant (2 minutes from friends house.)

walk inside and ask to place an order. after getting a nasty sigh, I am told to just go ahead and place my order, when I ask if I can have the rolls without avocado (friend has allergy to avocados) she rolls her eyes. quite rude. I was told to take a seat while I waited. all the staff were coughing while walking around - don't purposely try to spread anything, c'mon.

eventually get the food and drive back to my friends house, we sit down and it seems well prepared until my friend finds someone's shirt Tag stuck to one of her rolls "100% cotton - Made in Pakistan" - absolutely disgusting. how do you miss that when prepping, or was it on purpose, who knows.

overall the experience was repulsive, and If she ever wants sushi again I will gladly make a longer drive elsewhere. I would avoid this place as if they quite literally may have the plague. (or covid. stay home if...

I am a sushi fanatic. And I eat from here 3 times a month or so. I used Sushi style because of their great hospitality. they used to be very accommodating and understanding of my allergies. Their staff used to be pleasant and helpful. Now is not the case. I spent 20 min on the phone trying to get an explanation for why they were not accommodating my allergy anymore and no one would talk to me. there was no manager in house, but yet when I asked to speak to the head chef, Daniel, who was making all these decisions. ' they were busy in the middle of lunch rush'. I was in the restaurant industry for 20 years, and i know that is not the case. I do not feel as though their customer service skills were appropriate. When I spoke to Mikayla, Fin, and PJ. all were very rude, not understanding, you can tell that they were younger girls, who probably thought it was funny. Hearing laughter in the back ground with their short tones. Please be advised when eating here,. The staff is not nice and is rude. I would not spend my money here ever again, and I advise if you would like a professional, and delicious meal. Defiantly if you have allergies, choose someplace else. VERY DISSAPOITING. especially in today's world. Be kind, Sushi...

If sushi could slap, this place hits like a freight train full of yellowfin. That yellowfin sushi? Unreal. The kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and re-evaluate every sushi place you’ve ever been to. The spicy tuna and spicy crab rolls were flavor grenades, and the Las Vegas roll? It basically walked up and high-fived my taste buds. And the coconut shrimp? Not even joking, might be the best I’ve ever had. I don’t even like coconut that much and I was ready to fight someone over the last piece. The place itself is clean, the vibe is chill, and the food comes out quick like they knew I was about to get hangry. Staff was great too, knew what they were doing, didn’t hover, didn’t vanish. Solid all around. Price? That was the real kicker. For what I got, I should’ve been hit with a “we’re gonna need your car keys” kind of bill, but nope, totally reasonable. Walked out full, happy, and not broke. Rare combo these days. Bottom line? If you’re thinking about trying this place, stop thinking. Go. Eat. Thank me later.

Stopped in here last week to pick up dinner to go. I had tried to order online but the site wasn't loading. I was asked to wait nearly 10 minutes while she seated other people and did various things. It didn't appear very busy, but maybe they were low staffed or she was new. When I finally placed my order I had to repeat it multiple times and had to show her on the menu where Chicken Karaage was. Another 20 minute wait, outside since there wasn't space to wait inside. Took my food home and unboxed it, I will say it was all packaged well. The Cardinals roll was very good. The rice was cooked perfect, the fish was fresh and the presentation was nice. I was disappointed in both the chicken and the Tonkotsu. I knew that travel time would reduce the crispiness but it really had no flavor. The ramen noodles were a bit firmer than I like and it was a very small portion. The pork was tough and the broth was almost flavorless. Sad that I didn't like it better as the restaurant is nearby.

Love this little sushi spot in the neighborhood. They have a great selection of specialty rolls. Im positive everyone can find a roll they would enjoy on there menu. If not you can always as for them to substitute something out for what you like. Everything is Delicious and fresh! Great customer service always. And the weather has just started to become nice enough to enjoy the patio that they have available, very lovely. I enjoy the "Fist lovers roll" with my first love...except I modify it to have spicy tuna inside instead of crab mix! Win win! Try it for urself! Oh and a great appetizer is the shishito peppers (not very spicy) or the edamame with garlic and chili sauce is amazing! This is a must try spot...especially if you live in the area! Don't miss out!
