Jamba — Restaurant in Phoenix

My first time in this particular Jamba Juice location and I was ignored and left standing for quite sometime by "Maria" while she ran to the back and never bothered to come back and take my order. At least a Very Nice Young Man who works there ended up helping me and he gave me a free size upgrade on my smoothie for my inconvenience which was Very Kind. I did notify Corporate and I tried to call and speak to a manger at that store location and I was told that none was available and the person on the phone asked my reason for my call and proceeded to be rude and chastise me for calling Corporate . Corporate called me back and asked what they could do to make things better and I said that I did not expect or want anything for free and that all I wanted to do was call attention to the issue of how rudely I was treated by being completely ignored by the initial cashier "Maria". I also made it clear that I will NEVER again return to that particular Jamba Juice Location. While the Young Man is an Amazing , Caring, Considerate Person the others did not seem to be and I do not wish to deal with "Maria " or the EXTREMELY RUDE person with whom I spoke to...

I don’t remember the employees name. Her name started with an A, she has long black hair. I’ll tell you right now that girl is AMAZING!! I came in to get some Jamba Juice after a long day of Instacart. I’m full time healthcare employee at a hospital & do Instacart on the side to make sure people are receiving their groceries from somebody who is healthy. This employee and I had a short 4 or so minute conversation and she is so bubbly, and so kind, and just the type of person you would love to interact with. She is the face of customer service. I never expected to come into Jamba Juice and laugh with somebody. I never expected to come into Jamba Juice after a long hard day of hauling groceries in Arizona and being tired to leaving mentally refreshed because somebody made me feel human. This employee is fantastic, and deserves the upmost praise for the way she treats her customers.

We got smoothies from this location two weeks ago and they were delicious. Caribbean Passion, Electric Berry Lemonade, and a Watermelon Breeze. Exactly what we ordered and everything. Fast forward to now, my family and I ordered similar smoothies: Caribbean Passion, Electric Berry Lemonade, and a Vanilla Blue Sky. The Caribbean Passion was made correctly, as far as we know, but the other two are totally messed up. I included pictures to show how off the colors of the smoothies are. The berry lemonade is purple, not blue. It tastes like grape and does not have the normal tart flavor. The vanilla one has chunks of various fruits that should not have been added to the smoothie to begin with, could be strawberries, peaches, or mangos. The flavor is so off. I threw it away halfway through. Luckily, I don’t have any allergies to any fruits. This is why the employees should be more careful when making smoothies.
