Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

I'm not a fan of this location. I understand that they're busy but I placed a mobile order and the idea of a mobile order is that you place it ahead of time so that when you get there your drink is ready. When I arrived in the mobile order pickup areas inside a lady told me she'd be right with me and then walked away. Nobody else acknowledged me until another man arrived and stood in the mobile section and then they asked him what his name was and then discovered they hadn't made his drink yet so then a third lady came up to make him his drink and give it to him and then he leaves. The first lady has not come back and nobody else has helped me and I can't reach around the counter to grab my drink but I can see it so finally the third lady comes back after I've been standing there for 5 minutes and is like what drink are you waiting on and so I told her I was waiting on the drink that was right there that my name is Ashleigh and then she was kind of embarrassed and kind of just like thrusted at me and said sorry. My first experience at this one did not go well. I guess that is even an understatement. The girl at the register was whispering so quietly I could not understand a word she said. My order came out completely wrong. Not surprised considering I was the only person communicating during the ordering process. When I politely brought the attention that my order was wrong everyone working there stopped dead in their tracks and gave me a menacing stare as if I had done something wrong. The girl working then took my drink back without an apology. She took it back over to the other counter and made some poor attempt to re-doctor my incorrect Frappucino without any king of re blending. First time I came here it was super slow and my drink tasted funny. Second time I waited over 10minytes for TEA and when I asked for a refund their heads started to spin. Took them another 5 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund. The thing is everyone behind me receive their drink and left long before I even asked for my money back. The manager was a tad rude and short with me. And they offered me the Drink for free and it was done right when I was finally signing the receipt.
