We ordered carryout for the whole family and was asked to arrive at a certain time to pickup our food. Upon arriving we were told by the hostess that the order was not ready and was told that it will be completed within 5 minutes. After several checking going back and forth inside the restaurant, the manager came with our bag and apologized and said that they’re busy. I told him if that were the case then adjust your timings not to have orders accepted online stating an earlier time becuase as you can see in my car I have a family and kids to feed. He then flashed a red card to me and I asked what was that and he said a free appetizer when you come and dine with us on your next visit. I refused to accept the free appetizer coupon as it wasn’t even close to the remedy anything towards the amount we had already paid to receive our late dinner and advised him that he needs to hire more staff in the kitchen if you’re that busy. He then walked off with nothing to say, not even a doing anything better than offering a dine-in only free appetizer coupon. Very sad and cheap and bad management is the only thing that I could think of. On top of everything else, they short our order and we ended up discovering that our hot meal was never in the bag, what a disaster! It’s sad to see that such a great place that had us ordering from for more than 20 years has lost their touch. RA needs better attention at this location. Take care of your customers the minute they walk in the door. Don’t make them wait around for an additional 25 minutes with family in the car. We’re not a food delivery service company. We are family and expected to be treated with the same respect we have always had for your establishment! We got there and the server was great at the beginning, the appetizers came out at an okay time but our drink we were able to see it at the bar for a long time and what it look like the manager finished it by putting lemons on it and finally someone else came to give us the drink. So I thought okay finally and we still wanted to order food the server again took forever to come by. Finally did and put our orders in at 8:20. And we waited and waited at this point after 9 and we started to get annoyed, stressed and still hungry cause no sight of our waiter. Finally at 930 she comes and says "how things going?" We were both shocked, it sounded like she completely forgot about our food. I said well we been waiting for a long time for our food she said oh I noticed it hasn't come I was going to check on it. I asked for the check and to have it to go cause we were both just frustrated at this point and started to fight over this, we just wanted to go. She leaves and I see her go straight to the computer, so we both think she completely forgot to put our food order and again it took a long time till she brought the check and food out. most likely the time to make the food. She was trying to apologize andboth were hardly talking cause of the frustrations and she was just right there with her scanner for the card, i felt rushed didn't even get too see a receipt of my stuff before I paid it and my stupid a** left her a tip when she deserved done. Read moreThis location is under staffed, and it is going to ruin your experience. My group was there for a friend's birthday. We had a large rgoup, but made a reservation well enough ahead of time for a business to prepare. We were all seated for an hour before our drink orders were taken. Once we did put in our food orders and food arrived, some food was missing and two people from our party did not get their orders until most of us had already finished eating. It also took our waiter over an hour to bill us. He kept coming back and forth to our table to ask us questions about our orders, and some of our bills were still incorrect. We felt really bad for our waiter. He was scrambling between all of his tables, and since we were there for 3.5hrs, we saw other customers have the same poor experience. This was the first time I have ever talked to a manager about how awful the situation was. He was apologetic, but brushed it off as things taking so long because we're a large group. We have gone out as a large group like this before, even to smaller restaurants, and did not have the issues we did here. He also pointed out that it took so long to bill us because we were splitting checks. As a restaurant, they are totally allowed not to give us the option of splitting a check or limiting a number of splits. It really comes down to them not having the staff to cover the floor and kitchen on a Saturday night. Most of us walked out of there hungry because we did not want wait any longer than we did.
