I didn't have a good experience at all. I ordered the cajun and honey hot wings. I asked for extra seasoning on the cajun ones. They came out and were flavorless. The honey hot didn't taste sweet at all, and had absolutely no sauce. I could only taste a char from grilling them. I told the waitress I wasn't happy with them and she offered to add more seasoning on them. I had taken a bite of one of the cajun ones and they tossed that half eaten wing in more seasoning. I still didn't like them and told the waitress and she didn't offer me anything.
Also there was another waitress eating fries at a table however she was still serving food. She was putting fries in her mouth then going to the kitchen and quickly coming out with someone's food. It didn't seem like she was back there long enough to wash her hands before getting their food.
Also beware, the menu said the wings were $13, but I was billed $15. I asked and the waitress and she said we raised our prices but I can correct it. I wonder how much money they're getting from misrepresenting the correct price. They have to be aware because as soon as I said it the waitress with no hesitation said she could correct it. Fix your menu to show the update or tell people if they order the wings there has been an increase and then they can decide if they want to pay the difference. However to try to cleverly put a different price on the bill is just wrong.
I gave my son the leftover wings after picking him up, so he didn't know my opinion at all. He said these wings are nasty and don't taste like anything. So it wasn't just me that thought...
Read moreMy family and I are mixed viewed. The food and our server were great. The kitchen messed up one of the family member's burger, but they still ate it. Our server was nice and took it off. Which surprised me. This is the second time we've been here. The first time wasn't my favorite. I got a chicken salad and the chicken was very rubbery. This time we discovered a GRADATUITY of 20%. For our bill, it was the same price as the burger that was taken off. $14. This wasn't mentioned on the menu or any signs. After speaking to the manager, they stated it's NEW and for groups 5 or more. The part I find funny is that the end of the receipt asks for more tips. Which is probably a standard for the computer system. This isn't a high scale restaurant. I'm not from Scottdale, so I'm not familiar with the size of families here, but most families are 4+. Those large parties aren't gonna like it. Don't get me wrong, I will tip my server, but by my own means. Sadly, America is so stuck on not paying servers a...
