This place had some cons. The staff are stiff and indifferent. Maybe because they were young and nervous? The turkey breakfast sandwich tasted good, but the way it was served was less impressive. I dined in and it came slapped together in a foil wrapper. The cappuccino was a similar situation. It tasted okay, but the presentation was as if it was just thrown together with no care. The foam on top was just sad. Again I dined in, but didn't get a saucer for my cup when all the other customers had one. So, I had to get a napkin to put under my cup. The last thing that really bothered me is that when I went to the counter to ask for a cup of water to go (I walked there) the 3 staff were busy, but the one handling the trash politely stopped to ask if he could help me, however, he didn't wash his hands first. To his credit when I suggested that he wash his hands first he said "Oh yeah, I was taking out the garbage." Then he left the counter to finish with that. So the girl making food came over to help. Overall an okay place, but not my...

The loveliest, prettiest tea/coffee shop and cafe in all of Phoenix! Or dare I say... Arizona!

Is it a bold statement? Yes. Do I stand by it? 111%!

It’s the perfect place to grab a little caffeine pick me up and cool down with a ice cold refreshing drink by yourself, or even better — with friends and family!

The coffee inspired tea is such a unique, brilliant and genius concept! So it’s definitely worth the drive to try it out.

The atmosphere is beautiful and gorgeous! It’s hard not to feel happy or inspired by the environment.

Overall, 10/10! I’m sure you’ll love it! I personally love everything about Teaspressa! Kudos and props to the founder for building and creating such an amazing space with amazing drinks and more!!

Just try it girllll! You won’t...

Usually great service, friendly staff, and consistently good coffee. Valley has quickly become one of my favorite spots to bop in and relax. My first visit was amazing, with a barista adding local honey to my drink and making the experience feel genuine.

Today was disappointing. I arrived around 6:30 pm (they close at 8) and found the place packed for a nonprofit event. After handing me my latte, I was told I’d need to immediately leave because of the event. It was still hot outside. No sign outside mentioned that the place was reserved. I had nowhere nearby to go. Love this café, but clearer communication about events would go a long way. I still recommend this place, today was just a...

Lovely environment. Excellent staff we were welcome very well and we were explained the menu and he took his time to show what was in each and he was able to alter the. Sweet level of each of drink. You can taste the coffee in each flavor in addition cute lovely cups. They have a painter's lounge on a weekly basis. You have to book with them and they provide everything and you come in and you paint. Your own painting on the canvas we haven't tried that yet but we will soon. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Such a cute little coffee shop! My first time here and I’m already in love with it. The vegan blueberry croissant is absolutely amazing and their chai tea went amazingly with it! The staff here were friendly, helpful and caring about your preferred dietary choices. The decor inside is lathered with local art and is clean and quiet if you needed to get some work done. To sum it all up, it’s basically everything you would need and expect of that perfect local coffee spot!
