I’ve had one of the most disappointing experiences at Track. I wasn’t a member of the gym, but rather, a client of a personal trainer who operated out of this facility. Naturally, due to the intimate setting of a private gym, I became friendly with the regulars, and familiar with the staff working during my daily sessions. However, after five months, my partner and I decided to save for a house, which meant that personal training was no longer feasible financially. I communicated this decision openly with my trainer.
The following week, I started attending the gym with a friend who is a Track Fitness member and triple-checked that he had guest privileges. We used the facility simply as workout partners — there was no trainer or coach involved. At this time, I was genuinely considering Track Fitness as a potential gym for a dual membership with my partner.
But this is where things took a turn for the worse. After a few days of working out as a guest, I was abruptly informed that I was no longer welcome. The staff contacted my friend and specifically singled me out by name, claiming they had "misread" my friend’s guest privileges, though this had been previously verified multiple times, leading me to question how regularly staff snoops into the personal details of members’ accounts with no valid reason.
Worse still, I discovered that my former trainer had accused my friend of persuading me to stop my training sessions, suggesting I could simply come as his guest instead of having a trainer. This is not only unprofessional but comes across as retaliatory, petty, and unfounded. I felt disrespected and as if my trainer did not think I was capable of making my own, informed, adult decisions.
The whole situation reeks of poor management and a lack of professionalism. I expected a welcoming and mature environment, especially as I was considering a membership. Instead, I encountered an attitude that can only be described as hostile, cold, and petty. I wouldn’t recommend Track Fitness to anyone seeking a supportive gym atmosphere. This experience has left me shocked at the level of pettiness and lack of courtesy a gym would extend to...
Read moreIf your looking for the party you’ve found it at the Track Club! The newest dance night club in the valley and by far the best on so many levels including courteous but firm security, awesomely skilled and friendly bartenders, excellent hosts and management who wants an inclusive, safe and fun environment for all to the incredible performance hall that is simply like no other. The venue hosts lots of amazing local dj talents and big headliners from all over. Not only are they lucky to play in the state of the art venue so are us folks that watch and love edm! I’ve been there multiple times and have constantly found a awesome vibe even when the performance hall isn’t open. Tues-thurs and Sunday only the main bar is open with also live djs. The drink prices are so reasonable and while they have many craft signature cocktails on the menu they have a fully stocked bar and can make anything you’d like without going broke. There is covers on performance nights but we found that the experience and the talent is so worth It. It’s no less of an experience than going to a concert with the professional light show, environment and well the music. Another great thing I found with the space was the comfort of the space, it was so well ventilated and at a great temp not always found at these places. For the folks who want a step up in status to VIP there is a upper level and table service for you and your friends. While I haven’t personally done that yet I’m looking forward to maybe it in the future. Till then general admission to the floor is absolutely worth it! Give it a go! You’ll be impressed,...
Read moreBeware of Deceptive Practices at Track Club Fitness!
I signed up for a three-month personal training session at Track Club Fitness, which was supposed to end in October. I was clearly informed that my contract stated an automatic monthly renewal cost of $0.00. However, the problems began soon after my training ended.
Despite my training concluding in October, I was charged for an additional training session which, thankfully, was refunded after I spoke with my trainer. But that was just the start. From November onwards, I was erroneously charged varying amounts each month—$44.99 in November, a staggering $94.99 in December and January, and back to $44.99 from February to April—for a monthly membership I never signed up for.
I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting Adrian who is part owner. That’s what he told me when he signed me up, and also reached out through their online contact page, but my requests were completely ignored. It wasn't until I involved my bank that someone from Track Club Fitness responded to the bank, only to ensure that I would be charged again under different pretexts.
It's perplexing and frustrating how they seemingly adjust the charges based on their own financial whims.
In conclusion, while my trainer was excellent, the business practices at Track Club Fitness are dubious at best. They have access to your card and seem to charge whatever they feel like, regardless of what is agreed upon. I strongly advise against using their services. They are not trustworthy and seem to operate on a basis...
