Depending on who is there, Kid friendly. Homeless, tweakers, and ppl pushing baskets have been going to the park more recently that I've notice from previous visits. A man started unpacking all his clothes and belongings onto a bench near the playground area and he started changing his clothes while me and my kids were present. Parking is street side near residential area. A lot of dog walkers in area.

Nice place to rest when walking a lot but not much in the way of activities and not the cleanest by far! Two picnic tables and a little bitty kids play area. No bathrooms but there is a water fountain so if you pass by on a walkabout and get thirsty at least you can get a drink of water

Cute little neighborhood park with a small playground, nice grass, and well kept areas. Our daughter had a good time running around and playing on the playground.
