My wife and I stopped by here just after visiting the Zoo. This is by far the best I’ve cream shop in Tempe, if not the entire Phoenix metropolitan area and I do not say that lightly. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, Armando was super friendly, recommended some authentic Mexican restaurants, and even complimented us with a free slice of chocolate cake for being newly weds!
