I ordered what's usually called House Frid Rice (pork, chicken, shrimp). On their online order option its called the Combo Fried Rice. I paid extra for this option, the fried rice is $9.75 plus $3.00 for the combo and taxes. There was no pork in the rice at all, little chicken and four pieces of shrimp. The rest was rice and maybe four brocollis, some minimul carrots and peas. I called in and the lady who answered appeared to not be able to hear me. I spoke up louder and asked to speak with a manager. She continued to not hear me and I said several times I would like to speak with a manager she said they were going to have to call me back and would take down my number. The line disconnected on their end. I called back and another woman answered, I advised I would like to speak to a manager and the line disconnected on their end again. I called back and asked the lady why she keeps hanging up on me, she said they are busy right now. I told her I just got lunch from them and it was not correct and I am trying to speak to a manager and I was told they needed to take my number down which I am trying to give them. She was not trying to hear me at all. I made her aware to stop hanging up on customers. I wouldn't order online from here or call at all during lunch hours because they won't give you the time of the day and hang up on you even though you just got lunch from them and that is why you are calling. It's beyond ridiculous to hang up on a paying customer who literally just bought food from you. I'm assuming if I had gone in person to let them know I would like some dang substance to my order they would have walked away from me and...
Read moreIt's funny how some business owners, no matter where you are from, really don't know the meaning of "good customer service" and keep in mind, I'm a small business owner myself. I have ordered from this place many, many times and have even gotten friends and co-workers to place orders but for some reason last Friday (2 Nov 2018) my order was extremely late and incorrect. I spoke with someone several times until I asked for the manger. My initial complaint was my delivery order was an hour late. Once it arrived, I paid for it but later noticed it was completely incorrect. I again called back to inform Ann my meal was wrong. On Friday, Ann very quickly told me she would make note of it, replace my meal but when I informed her on the next call that my meal was wrong, she insisted it wasn't. Today, Monday, 5 Nov 2018 I wanted to take Ann up on her offer to make things right but this woman still insisted I received "yellow" curry chicken when I clearly DID NOT. Ann, why would I lie when I loved your restaurant and every chance I got, I would patronize Siu Wok. Ann, you hung up on me, dismissed me like I did something wrong. Friday, I called for delivery before 12 noon but did not receive my meal until 1:15pm (I paid with my card so I have the time and amt on the receipt) only to receive something I did not order...really?! Since I wasn't important enough for you, I will make you a priority, that is a priority to avoid ever patronizing you again. (Wow, I tried not to give you any stars but I wasn't able to post this...

Waited over 5 minutes at the door to finally be told to sit wherever, then took almost another 20 minutes to even get asked what we wanted to drink, which was a water and apparently and 8$ lemonade which is pretty sad and outrageous by any standard. Contined to sit an wait at least another 15 to 20 minutes to get asked what we wanted so we got 2 cocktails while be told to wait for her to take our order and so another 10 to 15 minutes go by then we finally got to order 3 appetizers which we had to repeat to the lady 4 times until she finally understood the difference between egg roll and edamame, which still came out wrong then had to try and get her attention to get straws as well as place our entre orders. Finally got the bill, which was super upcharged. Our receipt did not match menu prices at all, and we questioned our cocktails, which we had orders 5 total and was charged for 6, and of course, we got told no we were wrong! Frustrating as it may be, we still paid a 170$ tab, which by menu should've been 128$! Would have taken a picture of the receipt to post, but the waitress took it when we questioned it and never gave it back. Needless to say, if you wanna be upcharged, wait for poor service, and be lied to, sure, go ahead, but as for us, we will definitely not be back and will gladly tell others...
