Burger King — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

Shut this dirty outdated Burger King Down! Bottom line! I rarely go to fast food restaurants. Yet on 8/3/2018, I decided to patronize this Burger King while running errands. It was extremely hot outside and I just wanted a cold drink. I walk in, I wasn't acknowledged right away when I walked in. I had to wait until an employee finally came to the register. I asked Mireya who works here if I could use the restroom before I order. She never properly greeted me didn't say a word, she had an attitude on her face handed me a token for the restroom. The women's restroom was dirty, smelled like urine, it was disgusting! I should've just left, but I went ahead and ordered a small drink. I waited again for an employee to come to the register finally this same employee came. She just looks at me with her stank face, didn't say hello may I take your order, nothing didn't say a word... I had to say I'd like a small drink. The entire time she said nothing. After the transaction she just handed me my cup and that was it. I briefly spoke to the manager and explained the situation. I told her that Mireya was extremely rude, didn't greet me, didn't say a word to me, she did not display good customer service skills whatsoever and has an attitude. The manager apologized and I left. I seriously doubt that this employee will be talked to. I will be registering a complaint with corporate. I take customer service very seriously, especially since I'm spending my money to contribute to keeping you employed. I will never patronize this...

They don’t give you your full order. I ordered a kit mail for my granddaughter. They did not include her drink. I had to ask them for barbecue sauce for her chicken nuggets and ketchup for her fries and then we got home and my Granddaughter’s telling me they did not give me my drink so I tried calling them and the number is out of order or it doesn’t work not to mention that I had to sit there waiting for a while in order to get the attention so I can get the ketchup and the barbecue sauce. I need it that was not included in the mail or in our bag. Service was not very good. Poor guy is trying to multitask and not having any assistance. He’s helping the counter guest. He’s helping the window guest and the drive-through guest. You need to get him some help. That’s too much work for him to remember all the orders. No wonder he forgot to give us our drink and forgot to give us our catchup and barbecue sauce it wasn’t for me checking the bag first I would’ve just came home with nothing but just the meal without the drink and of course we never got the drink. Very unprofessional Workers they don't follow Basic procedures, don't wear Gloves, there cold food isn't kept cold they just leave it then mix it in with the next batch, there cooks and Workers are immigrants who discriminate against non Mexicans. They often have complaints about there food but Management is a Joke and ignore everything. Bad work environment and worse for anybody who eats there food. The place needs to be shut down and inspected. As a Former employee one of many who tried to improve the food and work conditions it's a very toxic and lazy work environment.
