Flavor: 5 stars, Execution: 3
I didn't understand "cafeteria style" when I walked in. What it means is everything comes in buffet-style chafing dishes, and is dishes up by the staff. A little reminiscent of Luby's, in Texas.
Since the fried chicken was in a covered chafing dish, a lot of the crisp had died, but the (dark) meat was moist and the flavor was good. The pieces were small but I suspect any larger and they'd dry out.

A few of the hosts shared personal anecdotes about how serious they personally take allergies and food issues because of loved ones with issues themselves. I felt safe and cared for with every bite. And, it was all...

I think it's meant as a grab and go for the sister/adjacent restaurant, not all foods are walking friendly. Chipotle Honey BBQ ribs were good, nice serving for $13.99 inside an amusement park. Smoky Mountain corn was difficult to eat, very messy, especially without napkins... and IMHO not...
