The building is huge and very clean - large enough for a lot of friends to gather and the patio space is nice. The restrooms were super clean which is one of my first markers that I judge in an eating establishment. We had a party of 4 and we arrived at 5 pm on a Tuesday and were able to sit at a large table immediately. Our server was friendly and very accommodating, and kept checking back as we looked at the menu. For 4 of us we shared 3 appetizers and they were delicious : cheese curds, mac & cheese bites and queso and cheese. The serving of queso was not nearly enough for the chips but our server brought us more. It was a little spicier than most mexican restaurant queso but still good. Our party had 6 pc wings (good , not spectacular) chicken strips (again, good) French Dip sandwich (horribly dry and seasoned oddly , overcooked -could not eat it at all ) and the brisket mac & cheese - this dish was horrendously awful - worse than the French Dip. The meat was dried out yet greasy at the same time and the mac & cheese was swimming in a lake of grease so that you could not even tell that it had cheese sauce . (one party member had mac & cheese as a side and while it tasted like Stouffer’s or GFS frozen mac & cheese it was still good and actually cheesy) . My mac & cheese had the cheese washed away by the lake of grease . I took it home to my dog who would not eat it (and mind you - he eats cat litter !!) The only reason I am giving them 3 stars instead of 1 is that their basic fried fare was ok and the server was wonderful.

Burger time! Following a service call in Piketon, I find myself at Ritchie's for lunch. Several locals are here, so that's always a good sign. Since I travel for work 100%, I get to find new places all the time. The menu here is quite extensive, but the Pit Boss burger got my attention. Double patty, brisket, pulled pork and bacon. It comes with the usual pairing of fries and a Pepsi. Yeah, this thing is huge. I should have cut it in half and taken it with me for later. Although the burger was a tad overcooked, it was juicy and overall an excellent burger. The shoestring fries weren't perfectly crisp, but also were not limp either. I used the available bbq sauce on the counter for both fries and bites of my burger. The bun always benefits better when you toast it....I'm staying in Columbus, 1.5 hours away, otherwise I'd come again for sure. I hear the tacos on Wednesday are great, and the guy next to me had a big basket of boneless wings I'd get also. There's plenty of brews on tap, and a very surprisingly higher end shelf of burbon. This place looks like a lot of fun on the weekends. There's plenty of room and an outdoor patio. If I can get back here again, I will. Ritchie's is..... Maloy Approved

The tables squeak so every time you move everyone knows it. We had to ask for plates for our appetizer. My fries were burnt to a crisp and my husband's coleslaw was soured. Our extreme bacon cheeseburgers had 3 slices of bacon on it and the burger itself was really dry couldn't even finish it. This was our 1st time here and we was definitely not impressed

This was pretty repulsive. The day we went ( friday) "lounge" was only open the time we wwrw there & not the restaurant (& menu is different). To be fair: We were only in the lounge part. It was a clean place, clean bathrroms. The waitress was a doll, and extremely overworked so maybe it was just a bad day. She was the only one there except the cook on a Friday afternoon. It wasnt that busy but for 1 person it was...and she tried...she constantly apologized about forgetting items/neglecting us. We understood her plight. This should have been a quick lunch...but ended up taking 2 hours because of the issues. Mostly my negative remarks are about the food, which was terrible. I ordered their signature/special burger which had to be degreased ( it soaked the bun to a point of repulsion) I am not a picky eater either but the amount of grease on this burger, was over the top. My wife ordered a chicken salad sandwhich..which came as hot salad, on hard grilled toast? It wasnt described as such but it arrived that way. The warm mayo about made her sick. Fries were limpy & greasy as well. Not a good meal. We didnt complain since the staff were obviously having enough issues but we wont return, as it was really gross food but gave 2 stars in case there were unusual circumstances & they still managed to keep the place...

I've lived in the area for over 3 years now & thanks to Google, we were able to find this little resistant. Although the restaurant itself isn't very noticeable, the large Richie's Grocery Store is! As you enter the main door you have the option of either going into the store or the restaurant. There is plenty of seating in the main dining room. Would be perfect for larger gatherings in my opinion. Through the restaurant towards the rear of the building is their bar. It is perfect in size. You have a choice of sitting at the bar itself or at a table & chairs or even a booth. During nicer weather they even have a nice size patio for patrons to enjoy their meals/drinks. The wait staff was very nice & paid attention to details which is important to us when we're dining. The drinks were fantastic. The beer was ice cold & served in a frozen glass to insure it kept a nice temperature. The food itself was very delicious. Portion size was average. They offer multiple gaming kiosk's that accept cash or credit. There are multiple televisions throughout the bar for viewing pleasure. The restrooms offer multiple stalls & was kept nice & clean. This is a family friendly location although I do not suggest that children be in the bar area. Overall I would suggest this restaurant for locals & through...
