Absolutely Amazing!!!!

At my ripe old age of 58, I have gone to many Med Spas and dermatologists for treatment. This includes, BOTOX, fillers, facial laser treatments, thread lift. lip augmentation and the last but not least a J-Lift From a Med Spa in Orlando/Dr Phillips area. After spending $4,600, going through the most excruciating pain I’ve ever felt i looked worse than I did before.

So I went on a mission to find the man of my dreams, and found him, Dr. Chris Cotto. Yes, the man of my dreams is the one who can make Me feel beautiful again, lol.

From the moment I walked into the lobby I was impressed. You actually have to call or text them when you arrive and they come down to greet you as the door is locked. That was the first feeling of being in the right place, as I felt a sense of privacy.

Felicia came down to greet me and was the most beautiful sweet young lady! She first got me a blanket because yes, it is freezing in there just FYI

She asked what my concerns were and what I was thinking about doing. She was very sweet, and very knowledgeable of the many procedures that they can do, giving advice on what she thinks would be good for me, yet telling me that I would be speaking to the doctor about this as well.

Dr. Chris Cotto came in and was so pleasant even remembering and joking about the debacleI I went through two days prior missing the appointment with him. We joked about it and traded stories, making me feel not so stupid and missing the appointment LOL

When discussing my issues, he suggested what he thought would be the best plan for me. Even showing me a picture of the human face and the muscle structure, which I have never experienced before. This is what you would expect when you’re having needles stuck in your face. With the other places it was always a wham Bam thank you ma’am and on my way.

I am a very impatient person and like Immediate gratification, however, I trusted in him and I’m so glad I did.

After signing off on my treatment plan, I had to call the bank because they detected suspicious activity, Go figure. By the time I was finished with the bank, it was about 45 minutes past his scheduled time to leave for the day, If not longer.

As I was on the phone, Felecia was on her phone trying to get ahold of someone at the bank for me and trying to figure out if there’s something they could do with their POS system. By the time I got everything straightened out with the bank the doctor was still there about an hour past his usual leave time for the day. I was so frustrated and stressed that it was taking so long and feeling bad that he was waiting so late. However he told me just relax sit down take care of what you gotta take care of, we’re here for you. If we’re here till 8 o’clock, we’ll get it done.” Now that is someone who cares about their patient!

My first visit I had the HYPERDILUTE RADIESSE done on my face and neck and well BOTOX of course. The procedure was as close to painless as you can get, and I didn’t even have to squeeze the banana, lol! While he’s doing the procedure, he talks you through , asking if you’re ok, He and his assistant worked very well together, making a very pleasant atmosphere. This made me feel safe and in the right hands, as I have PTSD from the J-Lift, Not joking!

Even though it was so late, he took his time, explained everything he was doing and made me feel I was the only patient he had. But then again, I guess I was seeing as how he was supposed to be gone and probably home by the time he started.

I had just a small amount of pain the next day and a tiny bit of swelling, but buy the 2nd day, it was all good! AND NO BRUISING whatsoever!!

I can already see results of the Botox and the HYPERDILUTE RADIESSE , which will only get better with time?

The moral to this long review is, DON’T GO ANYPLACE ELSE!!! Dr. Chris Cotto in Lake Nona is amazing!!!! The office staff are also amazing!

I’m so incredibly happy I stumbled upon Keyla’s information while I was looking through the list of 2025 top injectors in the US. I work weekdays and was thrilled to find that she sees patients on weekends. I had trouble finding the building (my issue, not theirs) but when you call the spa, someone - a human- actually answers the phone, no menu to listen through or waste time, just a “thanks for calling…” then a person. They resolved my issue and I was able to park without a problem. I love that they have a parking lot because I stress about parallel parking. The waiting room was relaxing and I was in a treatment room in less than 10 minutes. Michelle was the first person I met and she was bubbly and kind. I’ve never had a stranger make me feel so pretty. Then I met with Keyla and nothing was rushed. She’s not a sales person. She made me a treatment plan with everything she recommends but didn’t pressure me in any way. She is selling a service but she’s NOT a sales person, if you know what I mean. She explained everything, answered ALL my questions, and was transparent about the treatments she gets herself. She told me her age and I couldn’t believe it. She looks exactly like what I mean when I say, “invisible preventative anti-aging”, which really isn’t “anti-aging” at all; it’s maintenance that embraces the subtleties of life’s tenure. It’s safe to say, she’s ‘goals’. That really builds trust. When I was almost done, she asked if I’d be okay with her sharing my before and after, and at first I said no, but I quickly changed my mind. No reason to gatekeep incredible care so every queen (and king) gets to feel beautiful. I’m not attaching photos because I just had my appointment. I was hesitant to start laser hair removal because of body confidence, cost, and concern that it might not work. Finding Aesthetic Med District has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made! From the beginning, every single person I’ve met has been kind, welcoming, and clearly skilled—everyone’s skin is glowing, which says a lot.

Adriana does my laser treatments and she is absolutely wonderful. Not only did she immediately put me at ease, but she also communicates throughout the service to make sure I’m comfortable with the (very minimal) discomfort, offers breaks if I need them, and somehow keeps the whole process quick and easy. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable about skin care and laser hair removal, she’s also just a genuinely sweet and caring person—which makes such a difference. I’m four treatments in and have already seen incredible progress after each session.

Their prices are also more reasonable than many other places I researched, which made committing that much easier. I’ve enjoyed my experience so much that I purchased another package and can’t wait to try more of the services they offer.
