Spad's Twisters — Restaurant in Pine River Township

I usually think this place is standard and edible. I love their banana split when you have people to share it with. But today was not a good day, and I am very not happy. I got a hot caramel sundae last week and was very impressed, they might have put it in as soft serve in a cup add caramel or something which wasn't what I was expecting because the menu pictures other stuff but the amount they gave me made up for any confusion there. I loved it so much that I wanted to come back and get it again. I went through the drive-through, which was a mistake because the lady thought I meant the special Caramel Apple Delight - which doesn't even say sundae, does it? I hate living with Karen's and didn't want to be one so I pulled over and tried to take a bite and let it slide but God damn was it awful and absolutely not what I asked for. My sister went up to the walk-up window to try and fix it. She said a plain sundae with caramel. Apparently, they still didn't understand, and my sister was shy like me and brought it back to me. It was still green and very Laffy taffy with caramel. God damn people, I just wanted a vanilla sundae with hot caramel! It is on their menu. I shouldn't have to clarify! They also need to ALWAYS repeat the order to the customer so these things don't happen. Anyways, so I went through the drive through again to ask them myself which I should have done, and I was like if you make me pay for it is fine whatever I just want what I am asking for. I could tell they were inexperienced and still did not want to Karen too hard.... then they were like "yeah you might have to pay for that." Mmm, excuse me? Well, I was really craving my correct order and didn't want to drive somewhere else. I re-ordered small (originally, I ordered a medium, but I thought if they really were having me pay again, I am a careful spender). Well, then I got up to the window and were like "haha actually it IS a free re-make." The lady handed me the small cup with super liquidy ice cream. How can you hand it over that melted? I get it was hot out, but I literally couldn't even hand it to the person on my right without spilling some on them it was so bad. They also didn't give me any napkins in the drivethrough-which is weird, especially when you hand me messy ass ice cream. I was really hoping to get my money's wort P.S. I know it was a really hot day, but that is usually the time for ice cream. This is NOT the place. Bad drive-through service. Never felt so disrespected. We had two cars full we ordered ice cream and Malts multiple of each. They put two malts up by window when we asked what one was what they got mad because they couldn't remember and didn't label the cups. Then they put the other malts by the window not knowing witch one was what with those ones either. The girl got an attitude with us gave us the rudest attitude and dirty looks ever. The three different workers kept opening the lids trying to figure it out their bare hands on everything. Said they don't know and just handed the cups to us. The one cup was messy dripping all over the side. My mom asked if they could wipe it first the girl gave her a dirty look and just handed the cup without wiping so I had to ask she needs a napkin it's dripping all over the cup. Then both female workers got an attitude the one rolled her eyes the other gave us dirty looks. It's not our fault they didn't label or pay attention to what they made. It's not our fault they made a mess and refused to clean it making my mom's hands all sticky. We smiled was nice didn't rush them. So no reason for the females actions. I'm going to write hoping to get ahold of the owner post about this and contact the better business bureau because I never felt so disrespected.
