I don't usually go to Starbucks (not a big coffee guy) but I was in the plaza so I decided to stop in. The mocha cookie crumble frappe sounded good so I ordered a tall. It was busy so the wait was about 5 minutes until I was about to receive my drink, when the two employees making the drinks realized that they made me the wrong one. I was not upset at all or anything, I was happy that they caught it before giving me the drink (because I probably wouldn't have known the difference myself.) They then quickly made me what I ordered, but they gave me a free upgrade to the grande size and even gave me a coupon for a free drink of my choice next time I stopped in. They were very courteous, polite, and apologetic and I am ultimately blown away by their service. This location remodeled recently so after I pulled through I noticed there wasn’t a speaker in its normal location. I thought perhaps it was undergoing maintenance. I tell the barista at the window my name for my order then a blonde manager approaches with a demeanor like something was wrong. Essentially I felt like the barista tattled on me and that then equated to receiving a 10 second non-smiling lecture that the speaker has actually moved locations. A honest mistake shouldn’t receive such a negative attitude. Be polite and respectful to others, especially...
Read moreThe closest Starbucks to my work but I just can't take going there anymore. Several, but not all, employees appear to resent their customers. Generally rude and inhospitable. "Please" and "Thank you" are not in the vocabulary. This location remains busy due to its busy and ideal location otherwise they would suffer from its poor management. Most business is drive through so you'll likely miss the attitude that way. I drive an extra three miles to another Starbucks just to avoid this store. Without the famous branding they would be out of business quickly. This Starbucks location has to be one of their poorest...
