Burger King — Restaurant in Pinecrest

One of the very few company owned valuable real estates along this stretch of US 1 and for very good reasons, since its headquarters of Burger King was once located on Old Cutler Road. I can't say that the many empty parking spaces and tables are an encouragement from a business perspective. On the other hand, from a customer's insight, the interior is just too throwback and depressing, thus, many a times, I just want to cry on my fries. However, I must say that I am not the typical working class males that @BK caters to, but being a price conscious consumer, who can resist those great coupon deals? Love the digitized soda machines! Recently after seeing the ad for taco Tuesdays, I ordered a few on a Saturday afternoon and to my horror, they tasted more disgusting than they looked. We brought eight. This type of disaster could not have been market tested for no one in their right mind is going to eat reconstituted beef, cooked lettuce remains and radiated looking taco shells. Look, the only reason I did not take a picture of them was because I did not want to my friends to see that I was relegated into eating something that should be feeding pigs. Obviously, for #BK the emperor has no clothes, in this case, the king has lost his way. So when the King comes to his senses, and find his way back to BK's core mission of serving burgers, tell him that the Chihuahua says, YO QUIERO TACO BELL, period! However, this one bad experience has not dithered me from eating at BK because after complaining to the manager, she was apologetic and graciously offered me a pick of a meal from the menu. It is hard to rate a place that at a 5 times you have walked in you have walked out without food after waiting 15 or 20 minutes With incompetent personnel . Today was the 1st time I actually got food after waiting behind one customer for 20 minutes. After which time I gave the girl my order in person even though she was upset that I didn't use the machine. (Actually did but they couldn't FIND IT. Even though O told her the price and told me to pay at register.). Even with person to person I ended up with a piece of meat on bread Lettuce and tomato only and the fact that I ordered which hes no tomato and of course all the normal stuff But no such luck. Never go to Burger King. I went in and ordered 2 Mocha Frappes, Large. When I went to get my order the employee asked me if I wanted whipped cream, I told him "yes please", and he said "we don't have anymore whipped cream " and then he nearly threw the frappe at me and I almost dropped it. I wasn't bothered by it, but I noticed that they gave me a small instead of a Large, so I asked the employee and without even looking at me he just said that they didn't sell large size Frappe, but I was clearly charged for the large price.
