Finally an employee showed up and told me that he was in area 12, I went there and there was none (apparently the employee didn't know which products they didn't have in stock). I looked for the associate and he didn't show up, there was only a cashier with more than 7 people in line waiting to pay. There was no one to ask so I left. First, they are MAKING you download the app, second, they SEE they you are in line and NOBODY dares check with you if you understand the new “service”, third, I’m COMPLAINING and they are ignoring everything I say or do.
