Good afternoon I will first like to mention that this is not my store location. My store location is the one on Cutler Bay n 107 33157 area code. Itās something about the store at 135th st & us1. I think itās because the upkeep is better one to the staff. Most of them are amazing. Itās just different. I enjoy buying them. I went yesterday Sunday the 27th. I went to gardening, and I went directly to the Check out counter I came across a gentleman there Iām not sure if he was distracted or why, but I said hi. I would like to know if you could help me and he came out like yeah that word yet doesnāt convince me. I thought it was a little bit unprofessional he directed with his finger pointing where to go when I needed some soil. I was lucky enough to come across a gentleman who was working and had the location gated where I needed the bag of soil. Craig Watson His number is 6306 And I thought he was very special being that he had my motherās birthday June 3. He went got the bags for me, put it in the cart very nice very friendly very attentive to his customers. Kudos to him great job. I went along then inside to look at the cushions for patio chairs that I have. I need some assistant. I walked over to the Customer Service section. The young lady came. I asked her that I needed some help she came from around the counter. She came with me unfortunately I didnāt get her number but I didnāt feel that connection with her. I think she needed to go a little bit more extra or maybe Iām not sure. I told her I wanted some cushions that I have seen, but they needed to be looked up in the system and she went and called for assistance with a gentleman named Nestor came, he too was amazing. He helped me on my phone to search what I wanted, and he mentioned to me that he needs to be ordered and be picked up. He went out his way and guided me on ordering it and have it delivered to the color Bay area. I was very excited because I didnāt understand that I didnāt know and I look forward to receiving my cushions, I then went outside. I told him thank you, and then I left went outside, and I came across another gentleman in the parking area, which I stopped to get help with the bag to be put into my trunk. Very nice very friendly very helpful. I like his Customer Service as well unfortunately, I didnāt get his name. very nice gentleman he used to say at the end yesterday turned out that I wasnāt aware I had insufficient funds. I was like maybe $25 short for the cushions which I thought I had enough on my card so I will have to wait now to see when Iāll be able to get the money to buythose cushion that I need other than that. I really enjoy the store. I enjoy my drive down and I like most of all as well. Most of the Customer Service staff that you have working there kudos to your store thank you respectfully yours Jeanette Torres. PS I hope they get some type of incentive for the good work and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited the Home Depot store in Pinecrest to gather supplies for a home renovation project. As a first-time homeowner tackling a major remodel, I was both excited and a bit overwhelmed by the task ahead. My overall experience at Home Depot was positive and largely alleviated my concerns.
The store's layout is intuitive, making it easy to find the various departments. From lumber and tools to paint and plumbing supplies, everything was logically arranged. The wide aisles and clear signage made navigation straightforward, and I appreciated the ample lighting, which made it easy to read labels and compare products.
Customer service at this location was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an associate who offered assistance immediately. I explained the scope of my project, and she directed me to the right sections, providing helpful suggestions on the best products to use. When I needed additional help, other employees were readily available and willing to assist.
The expertise of the staff was a major highlight. In the power tools section, an associate named John was particularly helpful. He took the time to explain the differences between several models of drills and saws, ensuring I chose the right tools for my needs. His insights into the pros and cons of each option were invaluable and helped me make confident choices.
The checkout process was smooth and efficient. Multiple registers were open, and the lines moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and handled my transaction promptly. I also noticed several self-checkout stations for smaller purchases, which is a nice touch for those in a hurry.
I opted for delivery for some of the larger items, like drywall and lumber. The delivery was punctual, and the items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery team was professional and careful when unloading the materials. Additionally, I used their installation services for a new kitchen sink, and the technician did an outstanding job. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and left the workspace clean.
One minor issue was the limited availability of staff in the garden section. It took a bit longer than expected to find someone to help me with my plant selections. However, once assistance was available, the service was excellent and the associate was very knowledgeable about plant care and selection.
Overall, my experience at Home Depot was highly satisfactory. The well-stocked store, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and efficient services made my home renovation project much more manageable. I will certainly return to Home Depot for future projects and would recommend it to anyone looking for reliable home improvement supplies...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe wanted a new fridge, a nice one. Our 10 year old original fridge keeled over into a messy leaky death all over our kitchen floor 2 weeks ago.
Thatās how this saga started, the quick version is the picture I included of how customer service concluded with Home Depot in our front driveway.
Pro tip: donāt buy large appliances from Home Depot, go literally anywhere else. If you can SEE what you want in the store, hire a bunch of guys, have them put it in your house, hire a reliable hookup company (shout out to Bay Plumbing here) and donāt trust these third party parties Home Depot is farming out these delivery and installation jobs to. Theyāre not worth the hassle.
Some Details: original order for LG fridge AND a small magic chef mini fridge was placed 8/10 mini fridge supposed to arrive that night 8/10 to salvage some groceries wrong mini fridge was delivered by a 3rd party company āroadieā and we told Home Depot manager we wanted the right one delivered. Sent the wrong fridge back with delivery person. Home Depot canceled our order without our permission and emailed us that the cancelation reason was that either āthere was a problem unloading the order or a person over 18 wasnāt able to sign.ā Um WHAT? LG fridge supposed to arrive 8/16 HEREās where it gets weird⦠8/15-8/16: Home Depot says they need to reschedule delivery. When I dig and make a LOT of calls to both LG and Home Depot I find out that LG says they delivered the fridge to the Home Depot delivery service and can provide proof, and the Home Depot delivery service DENIES IT. The manager initiates (Iām not making this up) a ādock searchā to try and find my fridge in the warehouse. NO ONE CAN FIND ITā¦. Iām then told that for faster service, I should cancel my entire order, and reorder the fridge. So I do this, because hope spring eternal in my mind. Iām told the delivery will occur 8/22. And that this will include haul away of the old fridge and installation of the new fridge. on 8/22 two third party delivery guys show up, do not engage with my husband AT ALL, refuse to haul away the old fridge, they damage part of our cabinet pulling out the old fridge, refuse to install the water line, push in the new fridge, donāt even bother to take off any plastic or EVEN SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND. And walk out of our house and drive away.
And that my friends, has been our saga with our new fridge from Home...
