This whole order from the screen and let the robots bring out the food thing is NOT working. The experience was bad all the way around. The server, if you can call it that, told us how to use the screen or phone to order. We were never offered the option of using a menu and having someone take our order. Later I listened as several servers offered that to other customers. So we ordered. My husband clicked that he wanted eggs over hard with his meal. I ordered scrambled with mine. Husband must have hit something wrong because when the food arrived along with a different person that was not our first server. My meal was correct and my husbands was missing eggs entirely. They said he never ordered any. He realized he messed up because its VERY confusing. Asked for eggs over HARD. The server person proceeded to take away ALL of the food instead of leaving mine and just going and getting some eggs! So then when the new food comes. ALL of it is wrong! I no longer had scrambled as I orderd. I was given runny eggs and bacon that was only halfway cooked. I had ordered it well done. Then they bring my husband runny eggs too! NOT What we ordered! Then no syrup for the pancakes. I went to get sugar packets for my coffee. Someone had put a whole bunch of half used sugar packets in our dish. Gross. Then when they came and asked if things were okay I said NO. This isn't what we ordered! Then a different girl comes over maybe a manager and gaslights us and says since my husband asked for over hard eggs they just "assumed" that's what we both wanted? I had the receipt showing what I ordered! So they bring us runny eggs? I didn't order that! So why did they assume what we wanted when we TOLD them what we wanted? To top it all off, if you order there you have to pay and leave tip BEFORE you get your food! I only at half my pancakes and one piece of bacon. The runny eggs I didn't order were gross and the half cooked bacon was gross. No offer of any compensation. She offers us free pancakes IF we come back again..... NOPE won't be back. This place has a terrible business model. No real server. It was bad. really bad. The girl apologized but we paid almost $50 for a lousy breakfast! They got their money and a tip! NEVER...

I came again today with a coupon for buy one get one free. I was eating there and wanted the second one to go and you had to buy a drink with each. I asked her not to do the order of the second meal until later. Then she brought me two drinks and I said no the tea is supposed to go with the other meal to go. And she says I didn't tell her that but one meal was to go and the other one wasn't and one meal had the pumpkin coffee and the one to go had the Arnold Palmer. I shouldn't have to tell her that the other one went with a to-go meal it was ordered with the to go meal and she made it sound like it was my fault and I don't think it was and you shouldn't make a customer feel that way even if it was my fault. And worst of all she doesn't get me a new drink to go she just lets that one melt into the ice.

Also I went in the wrong door and she was real snotty telling me to go to the other side to be seated. I walk with a cane for balance reasons that's why I entered through that door also it's air conditioning why would I walk through the heat to the other door? I'm guessing she was having a bad day but she was taking it out on me and I totally would have given her a tip based on both meals except she treated me like crap so she only got tipped for one meal. I've been here before and I've never had a problem but I'm not happy with the way she treated me. So I'm taking my five star rating down to four stars. The chicken fried eggs benedict was delicious add the chicken was crispy and the gravy was very good the biscuits were soft and the potatoes were also very good. I haven't eaten the patty melt yet this is the place I chose to go to get meals before I get major dental work while I will be eating protein drinks in applesauce and baby food. She kind of took the joy out of having I refer to as my last meal before dental work

There were only two people there and it did take a while but I was okay with that. I had the BLT and it was really good it was really big I took half of it home. I can't believe it's been there a year and I never heard of it. Will...

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast as we went through St Pete. We had seen the name and always wanted to see what the experience was like. First of all, when we walked in there was a sign - “Wait to be seated”. A minute or two later the friendly gal came over and said, “You can sit anywhere you like.” So, maybe they should have another sign for less busy times saying- “Seat yourself”. I noticed later that some regulars came in and seated themselves. Not a big deal, but I’m giving a first impression.

Inside is very clean, cute and aromatic. The booths were large, nice and airy and we ordered coffee to start, and it was appreciated as you have your own little pot for refills. The menu is acquired by a QR code, or using the dedicated table monitor. I did like looking through the selections and we picked a couple items but got distracted and the whole order canceled and reset. You also must pay directly at the point of order and are asked to give your tip then. Usually, I wait until I evaluate service and the food quality before I tip, so I simply gave the standard amount. I also watched another patron speak about his confusion when ordering just the sausage and eggs and trying to find which selection would work. Part of the reason for the automation aspect is the robot which helps with food delivery.

But the important thing is the food. And to this, I must say that the food was very good. My wife had delicious waffles topped with berries and granola. I had the pancakes, eggs over easy and turkey sausage. The pancakes were up to the Buttermilk challenge- tasty, light, and fluffy. The turkey patties were just ok, a little too much of a pork imitation instead of its own taste. Personally, a veggie sausage would be nice alternative especially since I paid the extra $3 for simply going with turkey instead of pork.

Overall, the place will grow into its space with good food and great waitstaff. I considered this as an excellent choice for a small business brunch where the atmosphere was very crisp and clean and the food more...

I couldn't be more disappointed! I had been looking forward to a pleasant experience. From the beginning I was put off by not having a human to wait on me, someone to answer my questions. I did get a woman employee (waitress?) Who helped me order regular coffee, as the kiosk pad hanging over the table was not easy to navigate. It appeared I could only get decaf. Each breakfast item I ordered had multiple selections, including fried eggs, cooked soft, medium, or hard. I ordered medium and they were as raw and watery as can be! I returned them! I put creamers and sugar in my coffee before sipping it. (I had requested stevia, they don't have it.) The coffee was burned and watery! I sent it back and ordered orange juice. Also when I had realized I had to pay by card, in advance and wanted to leave a tip but I was not willing to pay a tip on a meal that I had not even taken a bite of, and I'm glad I didn't. I would have been angry at having to tip for what I received. I asked the woman who was helping me if she could give me change for a $20 bill, and a paper receipt for my meal. When I told her the eggs were too raw to eat, she brought me a clean plate and had ME scoop the eggs onto it. I'm not sure she didn't take them back to the kitchen and have the same eggs cooked harder. I had ordered my hash browns soft, but they came so hard I could barely cut them with a knife much less chew them! They gave me one napkin, 1 teaspoon of jelly for two slices marble rye toast (which was overcooked, btw.) The the only thing I could say good about the food was the sausage links which are better than most places. I paid almost $19 for one breakfast experience which was the worst I've ever had. The robot was not cute, not personable and didn't even tell me how her grandkids were or about Aunt Millie's upcoming surgery! The human employee barely spoke to me. I could see she was a little nervous spending the amount of time she did on this one customer, me. I gave her a decent tip anyway and I hope the poor woman didn't have to split it with the robot!
