I have never been to a Target with such horrible customer service management. I was in yesterday and was followed by the head of security. So I called customer service to let them know I pay for my things and they shouldn't make me feel like that. Justin the security manager (I guess) felt he could handle my return since he treated me like dirt yesterday, and I was bring back everything. He proceed to say he doesn't remember me. However, the pictures I took just to worn them about their tags being wrong he proceed to tell me they were fake. So he remembered I showed them that. ( they are geofenced photos so they show time and location of photo). then kicked me out, and threatened the police. I didn't even come to him for anything. In fact I didn't want to be near him. I guess customer service knows how he is since they credited everything anyway(corp). Be leary of a large white male in his late 30's early 40' s and still working at target. He will judge you, and follow you around the store. If he feels you might take something. The lamp was broken hint no Spiderman and pull cord and still wanted 20.99 for it. It was a night stand lamp that was broken. she even said it should have been thrown out. This target is a joke, but I can't speak for the manager since I haven't talked to him. I don't think your supposed to know when it's plain clothes security guard. That would be the point. Sell your stock like I did since it dropped out anyway. I can't imagine the reason..., and forsure never walk in Target in...
Read moreI went to this Target on 9-3-18 to purchase 2 items. When I approached the check out lanes not one cashier was at any of the full service lanes, nor could you see a cashier or any Target employee. I proceeded to the self service lanes and scanned my first time. This produced a message " A team member will be with you soon." So I waited and waited and waited...… Not one Target employee came to assist me. Therefore I left my purchase at the cash register and went searching for a Target employee to help me. Great customer service Target. I located the customers service desk where a male and female employee were engaged in a personal conversation. I asked them for assistance and Louis went to the self service cash register and cleared the register for me. Then I could complete my purchase. After doing so I went back to the customer service desk and requested the manage on duty. Louis advised me that one was on break and the other was helping security. Therefore no manager would help me. This is a perfect example why Amazon is doing so well. My computer provides better customer service than Louis or the managers at the Pinellas...
Read moreI just want to say, overall I love target, the selection, and usually the shopping experience. However, last week I came in at about quarter to 9 in the evening. A young man, I believe named Leo in the women’s and lingerie section had a horrible mouth and his comrade, a young female who I didn’t catch their name, were gossiping and even talking about customers. I think they wanted shoppers to leave because the store was closing soon. There was also, who I presume to be the manager that evening, a man with glasses, was walking around talking about how appalled he was about a customer to other workers. I don’t know about anyone else, but when I spend $300 or any amount at a store, I don’t want to feel like I’m a burden, being watched (as to leave or not pick out the clothes I like), or that workers are talking bad about me, other shoppers, or personal life that makes people uncomfortable. Leo kept comparing about working there and some other worker. This is unprofessional and not shopper friendly. I understand employees need and want to feel valued, but customers should not come last and felt they are just a means to...
