If youre going to serve spring rolls with avocado ( which I've never seen that before in the many viet places I've been to) atleast serve them with FRESH avocado not rotten.. its kind of the equivalent to a fast food place serving over cooked fries where its hollow and like a cracker.. its like why would the kitchen send this out with an order.
