Five Guys — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

They had this posted at their counter, you can clearly see the ingredients listed and I asked to make sure it was an actual patty and they guy taking my order, I believe his name is Matthew said yes. Also when we walked up to the counter he said “would you like to try the ‘I hate beef patty?’” The whole time he was taking my order he and his friend who supposedly is the manager (Patrick) we’re laughing the whole time so I asked if something was funny or if the veggie patty was a joke and they said no. When I got my sandwich there was no patty as this sign is clearly advertising, literally just veggies on a bun. When I brought it to someone’s attention, the guy who was making the burgers, he had no idea what they were selling or advertising, he said they don’t sell a veggie patty there. Then when we asked to speak to the two who took our order, we asked them if it was joke and that I was already on the phone with corporate and he said “it was just a joke, you guys are taking it too far.”

I don’t think it’s a joke to waste peoples money and lie to them about what they’re getting, if I would have gone home without checking they would have been closed and I would have wasted my money and time.

I really don’t think it’s a joke to mess with peoples finances and lie to them about what they’re getting. The person behind us ordered it too and he was just as confused as we were.

My wife and I had an incredible lunch at Five Guys, and I have to say, their burgers are absolutely phenomenal! This place truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best burger chains in the USA.

The burgers were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a delight! The customizable toppings made it easy to create the perfect burger, and the buns were soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. Add in their famous fries (with a generous portion!), and it was a meal to remember.

The atmosphere was casual and inviting, and the staff were friendly, fast, and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. I think the cleanliness of the bathrooms says alot about the standards of the manager and staff. We appreciate the attention to this important detail! Whether you’re a burger enthusiast or just looking for a delicious, satisfying meal, Five Guys is the place to go. My wife and I can’t wait to come back again soon. Hands down, one of the best burger experiences we’ve ever had....

anytime you have to rely on teenagers to do their job, you are going to have some problems. the manager or owner cant always be there in person to make sure it gets done right. you are always going to have someone who needs to be replaced. hopefully they get that under control before my next visit. i have never personally had an issue with this location. 5 guys, generally speaking, is awesome. they have the best fast food burger period. i have lived all across the us from coast to coast, and i eat alot of burgers.. hands down, 5 guys rules. simple menu, quality food, and proper cooking techniques. who deep fries bacon in peanut oil? 5 guys does... you want large, fresh cut idaho grown fries, welcome home brother....if you want a 10$ gourmet burger, go somewhere else so the line is shorter for me and my family. if you want a bunch of people running around trying to figure out how to do something, go to a different eatery so my friends and i can eat faster, we are starving. if you want tiny little stupid shoe-string fries, do not enter here, go to that place instead and wait 20 minutes for your shakes. 5 guys THE...
