My sister and I had made a plan to go out to a couple of different furniture stores. She was to help me find a new family room, and as we were in the store, I wanted to also look into a bedroom set with a smaller bed from a king to a queen. The sales associate Sherri, was an absolute delight to work with. After the first 20 minutes with her, you could tell she was a seasoned Pro in the furniture world. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for from the texture and material of my family room and the colors in style I would enhance my family room/ theater room. Even though I was all over the store looking at one thing after another, Sherri was at the top of her game throughout the entire process. Once we had our family room complete I had no idea that we had been there for over 3 hours. I then had to turn to a new bedroom set, and she continued through this process of being there and helping me every step of the way. While I was testing the different comfort levels of each mattress I was going to pick out, Sherri even took the time to help my sister with a bed or two for herself. While the long day came to a close, Sherri was such a breath of fresh air to work with. We later found out as we were leaving that she stayed an extra few hours past her time to be off her shift for the day. Once I got home and thought about a couple of things, there are two other items that I want to add to my order and my sister will be finishing up her order for her two beds this coming Sunday.

Rooms to GO Funiture store located at 7035 US highway 19 N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781, has a wonderful selection of pieces. Diana Giraldo was an amazing bilingual sales rep that was very helpful; i appreciated her taking her time with us and not rushing the sale. I must add that the bathroom was very clean which i had to use after being there for well over an hour sitting and comparing recliners. Also, very big deal my mom is Spanish speaking, and we met a very knowledgeable, competent, saleswoman named Diana and would recommend seeking her out if your interested in purchasing funiture in Pinellas Park, FL. She accommodated us on two occasions and SOLD! She sold us two beautiful leather recliners with all the bells and whistles (protection plans). I can't wait for furniture to be delivered. P.S. I have to add that i had to cancel my furniture due to personal reasons. So, again what I'm about to sat speaks volumes. Diana, didn't make me feel bad or guilty or get nosey into my personal life 🤔. I absolutely loved this about her! So much so that once my personal issue was resolved (about 5 days later). My mom and I came back to Rooms To Go, explained that we wanted a rocking recliner that had three separate channels one for the legs one for the lumbar spine and one for the head and provided Heat with massage.
