Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

First off, if I could give a zero instead of one star, I would have… My order was car side, per the app my order was supposed to be ready at 6:19-6:29 (placed @6:07) after waited 30mins the tracker still had PREP, After patiently waiting inside my car, I when inside for status only to be greeted by a rude employee who informed me the app info is wrong and they have no control because it’s handled by a 3rd party vendor- he treated me as if it was my fault for inquiring. I asked to speak with manager things only got worst… The GENERAL MANAGER Kristine was absolute rude- I see why the employee behaved the way he did. She rudely asked ma’am do you still want the pizzas or not… my mouth dropped but at this point I have 2 hungry kids that have been waiting 39mins this far… I said to her YES of course I want the pizza that is why I am still here so I waited on the inside while my pizza was being prepared it was very uncomfortable for me!! Kristine (The General Manager) started talking loud enough to another worker for me to hear her say “she wants to complain about the app then let her” I politely told her at this point is not about the app providing wrong info it’s the attitude and poor treatment that I am receiving from her and the her staff. She ignored me of course after a hour my pizza was finally prepared… The cheese pizzas were burnt- Worst experience ever! Will probably never eat at Domino’s again well definitely not there. So I hope this google review serves as a warning for future customers-...

Ive been ordering from the same dominos for over 2 yrs and have never had a problem till last night. I placed my order around 10:45/10:50pm... ordered a medium 2 topping pizza, parmesan bites w/ garlic sauce and marinara sauce, and a 2 liter of coke. My online tracker said the driver left the store at 11:13 pm but he didnt get to my house till 11:40/11:45pm. When i called asking where my food was the guy said let me place u on hold and call him, then he got back on the phone and said the driver wasnt answering. He finally got here with my food and the pizza was still raw, most disgusting thing ive ever ate!!!! The sauce i paid for wasnt in the bag. So i called this morning to talk to a manager and i spoke with a lady named Shannon. Of course she apologized but i could tell she really didn't care by the tone in her voice. Ive worked in customer service for 13 yrs and she didnt sound very experienced. She told me they could give me a $25 credit to my account and i asked if i could just b refunded my $20 and she got an attitude. She asked if i paid with card or cash and i told her my card she then said "well i would need ur card information" like it was a problem. Most managers would have looked up the order history so they would kno more about the order and coulx fix the problem. Im very disappointed in the manager as well...

The food wasn’t bad but the customer service and the whole experience was awful. First off, the call center situation very poor choice there. By the time they transfer you to the store your order is more than likely already done. But nonetheless less I tried ordering on the app it wouldn’t allow me I just wanted to get use a gift card for a quick easy dinner tonight as we have a lot of things to do around the apartment. So I finally got on the phone with a guy who clearly didn’t want to deal with me then handed me over to a lady where no one gave there names or was any kind of professional so hopefully she wasn’t the manager because I tried to explain that I was going to avoid all the trouble and order in the app and she just basically disregarded me. I’ve worked in the restaurants and customer service for 10 years and have never been treated so rudely. I just wanted to ask a question that’s all I was never rude at all; but you have the audacity to have an attitude with me and hang up on me? That’s really rude and unprofessional, glad you are not working under me. You need to reevaluate your employees dominos I would consider hiring some positive attitude employees with some quality work ethic. Because whatever is going on at this location is...
