I recently had the pleasure of dining at IHOP and was fortunate enough to have Caitlyn as my waitress. I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service she provided throughout my visit.
From the moment I sat down, Caitlyn greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making me feel welcome. She demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care that truly enhanced my dining experience.
Caitlyn's knowledge of the menu was outstanding. She expertly guided me through the various options, offering recommendations and answering all my questions with enthusiasm. Her insightful suggestions helped me choose the perfect meal that catered to my preferences.
Throughout the meal, Caitlyn consistently checked on me to ensure everything was to my liking. She was incredibly prompt in fulfilling any requests I had, whether it was a refill on my beverage or an extra side of syrup. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me.
Not only was Caitlyn efficient and attentive, but she also maintained a positive and cheerful demeanor throughout my visit. Her genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about the satisfaction of her customers.
In addition to her excellent service, Caitlyn demonstrated exceptional teamwork and collaboration with her colleagues. Despite a busy restaurant, she remained composed and organized, ensuring that every customer received the same high level of service.

Read moreI came into Ihop tonight about 12:00am, after work to enjoy a meal with my partner. I got the country fried stake with eggs and hash browns and pancakes. With a side of sausage. The only things I ate on my plate was the: sausage, two of them, the Eggs, and the hash browns. I ate two links first, the. The eggs. After a few minutes of waiting I dug Into my hash browns when suddenly I started not to feel well. But I decided to finish my hash browns anyway. I then started to feel a pain in my stomach and was not feeling well. With my pancakes and other food items not touched. I let my server know. A women I don’t normally get. And asked if I could just pay for the items I ate. She told me I couldn’t unless there was something wrong with the food. When I told her their was she said there was still nothing she could do. I then paid the bill and left. Not even 3 mins after leaving I have my wife pull over down the road and I begin to get sick on the side of the road. I was experiencing vomiting stomach cramps and dizziness.
The women named Amanda, who is our usual server tried to help me. She knows me as the guy who gets the adult Apple juice. Lol but my server rushed to have me pay the bill and leave.
I was disappointed in my current server’s service as I tried to ask for help. She didn’t offer me water, or any kind of support. Or Empathy.
I’m now sitting at home with food poisoning about to go to the ER if it doesn’t clear up. And it would have made this a little better if she showed empathy.
To make Amanda my usual server. Thank you for being so wonderful and compassionate. You have always treated my partner and I with respect and love. And we will always come to you for your service.

Read moreSo I go to this IHOP all the time with my wife, we always eat in with Xaria, Xaria is GREAT always takes care of us. Today however I ordered by phone attempting to get the order I typically order when I dine in correct since for some reason it can be complicated. Well lucky me I ordered by phone, and it was a complete miss, my wifes food was not even close to what I was going for and I even revisited what I was ordering for her with the receptionist before I got off the phone the 1st time. Still complete miss. I get home, my biscuits and gravy were dry af minimal gravy and my little boys food was all sweet from whatever sweet icing sauce they gave with the pancakes as they didn't put a lid on it and it dumps everywhere. Then I call in, let them know what was going on, they offered to replace my wifes food, disregarded my other complaints and when I went back to retrieve the replacement they still forgot to put the pancakes they offered with her order. Lesson to this story, I'm definitely NOT doing a pick up order again with this location. And I can't say by the reaction from the staff when I had an issue that I feel too confident returning to the location on our regular weekly breakfast my wife and I do.
It's unfortunate I can't leave 0 stars because if there was a situation that you could fail completely this would be it.
Oh to add insult to injury, I was told repeatedly that the Southwest Scramble that I was looking to order for my wife didn't exist anymore but when I looked on the receipt, it says Southwest Scramble so it's not like you don't still have the button to order it....simple solutions but ya had to make it so complex...
