Park Plaza — Local services in Pinellas Park

I drive 40 miles to shop here about once or twice a month. The bakery makes some of the most tasty snack desserts. The cakes are very good too. The freezer section for pot stickers/dumplings, steam meat buns, and spring rolls/egg rolls might be 1 row. But there are so many brands, different asian country versions and flavors to choose from. There is also a great frozen section on steamed sweet buns. Taro, pumpkin, custard, brown sugar flavors. Those are a few that I remember. If you need vegetables that are not conducive to being grown here in the States, then this is the market for you. I never heard of some of the vegs they have. Same for the fresh fruits. Don't get me started on the shelf ramen and rice. I didn't know there were so many kinds of ramen flavors and versions. They have a fresh lunch counter. You can get your groceries and then get a lunch box to go or eat in. Fresh sushi to fresh lobsters and fish in tanks. What more could you ask for? Well. I must change my review!! I shop around PUBLIX at Park Plaza. I've always been very happy with my purchashe's except the last 2 visit's. On one visit I spent more than I ever have in one trip being that it's just myself & my husband you'd think we wouldn't pay OVER 200.00$ ! WELL IT HAPPENED! I BOUGHT DRISCOLL'S STRAWBERRY'S BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, AND WHAT I GOT WAS THE WORST STRAWBERRY'S EVER! THAT WAS A LOSS. ANOTHER THING ( PRICEY)! SMITHS BACON BUY 2 GET ONE FREE. MY HUSBAND WHO'S AN EXCELLENT COOK TRIED COOKING THE BACON AND FOUND OUT IT WAS BAD! BECAUSE I ALREADY FROZE THE OTER 2 I GUESS WERE OUT OF LUCK... THERE WERE A FEW MORE THINGS I FOUND THAT WEREN'T PRICED RIGHT. I'VE TEXED ENOUGH. GUESS I'M GOING TO HALF TO CHANGE MY STORE FROM PUBLIX TO 1 A MEAT MARKET 2 FARMER'S FRESH PRODUCE 3. I love this place. Great atmosphere. Great food man. The waitresses are outstanding. Very witty. Very nice light something you don't see very much from a restaurant The only downfall is there's no motorcycle parking and it is very very difficult to find parking. It is in a shopping plaza so if you do find parking at Walgreens or somewhere 60 to 75 to 90 ft away or better and you have to walk up creates a little bit of a problem for me, especially if you're disabled.
