Marco is amazing! I can't recall the last time I had such excellent customer service! My daughter wanted to purchase an iPhone 5 at iParamedics with her birthday money. We wanted to see if this iPhone 5 and all the family phones could change over to Cricket. So, after our trip to iParamedics, we visited the Cricket store nearby and the guys there made two of our phones inoperable by putting in Cricket sim cards. After the sim card was removed, I tried to make a phone call but my phone wouldn't work. The Cricket guys acted like they did nothing wrong to my phone. Then they proceeded to essentially accuse me of lying stating that my phone could never had worked before without a sim card. This was infuriating because I've owned the phone for years and saw that there was no sim card when the man opened it to test their sim card. My phone has worked fine for years with no sim card. So, the Cricket guys broke my phone, accused me of lying, and refused to try and fix it. I left there very upset and went straight to iParamedics. Marko was able to fix both phones when the Cricket guys could not. He gave my daughter a really good deal on her phone. We made several trips to iParamedics and Marko always treated us like we were practically family. He was engaging, helpful, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys working...

I brought in my iPhone 8 Plus. The back was cracked, they ordered the part right away. And fixed it’s pretty quickly. When I got it back the flash/flashlight did not work. But also the buttons seemed very loose. I brought it back in. And they fixed it right away. But said the buttons were the best as they could get. They were better but honestly I would have liked to know that my phone will not be the same before I spend the money for something that’s kinda half done . I would have went to apple to make sure my phone was in better shape. And when I asked about if my phone was still water resistant they said it’s just an adhesive that’s making it water resistant. Then asked if I wanted it in .. after the phone was already put back together... like dont u think I want my phone just as close to what it was when I brought it in. When they fixed the flash light they put the adhesive in... I was not very happy to be honest. Also the man was so sick wiping his nose while fixing my phone. I did not see him wash his hands. I will have to just deal with my phone and next time go to apple. The lady was nice though .. so that...

I called several places to get a quote for the repair of my cracked screen. iParamedics was the most reasonable/cheapest! I went to iParamedics to get my cracked screen on my galaxy s4, replaced. Constantine explained to me that since my phone was refurbished (film underneath instead of liquid glue) the chances of successfully removing the cracked screen, without cracking, was 50/50. Constantine said he would attempt to fix it but couldn’t guarantee it would work without cracking. Since my only other option was paying my insurance deductible of $150, I decided to let him try. After an hour, he removed the screen successfully! Constantine is AMAZING at his job! I saved almost half of what I would have paid to the stupid insurance company! The entire time my phone was being repaired, I watched Constantine and Taylor, work on other phones. These guys are GREAT at what they do! The work of Constantine, Taylor, and Marco is proficient and professional! I will definitely be bringing my ASUS tablet screen in for repair, as well my mother’s computer.
