TLDR: Always slammed, unprofessional staff, dirty restaurant, misleading advertising.
I love several of the Culvers in the area; the food is good and I find the service to be above average. However, I can't recommend this location because it is consistently understaffed, and it seems like they can't get people to behave professionally. My wife and I had been several times and found this location dirty and crowded (dining room is pretty consistently filthy), but it was close enough we would look past it. The last straw was when we received two coupons offering a free basket each. After examining the fine print, my wife and I determined that we should be able to get a free basket each, and drove into the drive thru. We ordered two baskets and told the employee that we had coupons to make them free. She said that would be fine, and we pulled up to the window. She and her manager examined the coupons for several minutes, and told us that we could not use both of them. I asked if we could instead come inside and order one each, as seperate orders, and she and her manager declined.
Now money's been a little tight recently, so I said that was fine, and that instead we would just take the order for my wife, who had to be at an appointment soon. Upon hearing this, the employee and her manager insisted that we had to pay for the other order, and that "we're a business". I have since examined the coupons, and they do not require a purchase, and I still cannot find on the coupons where they require one coupon at a time. The entire exchange was handled with an air of frustration, anger, and goading on the part of the staff.
I do not think the customer is always right, but I won't go to a location who puts out misleading advertising (the coupon was only for that location), much less an staff that lacks the self control to solve problems. I have not been impressed by this location thus far, so after this incident I won't be...

I just sat in this Culver's drive-thru line for 26 minutes!?!?!? Twenty. Six. Minutes.
From pulling into line, to getting my order, it took 26 minutes!! And the Order was Still Wrong, for the third visit in a row...
They were so stacked up waiting on food, that people couldn't find a place to park while waiting on their orders to be brought out! And No One could move in the Drive Thru line for 5+ minutes at a time because the lane was blocked as a result...
There was a loud altercation between angry people in the outside waiting area, multiple orders were observed to come out wrong and have to go back in again, and the guy bringing orders out was running around to the various cars to find the right number, because people were pulling in anywhere there was space, and they were still directing them into spaces that were full at the window...
I haven't seen this much confusion and sheer chaos since the Laurel & Hardy marathon over the holidays...
This place used to be great! I even gave it 5 Stars initially.
But the past couple of months, things have Really gone downhill. And the Last 3 Times I've come through, my order has been wrong!
Since one of the people I order for, has a severe food allergy. And we Always start our order with: "There's a Severe Gluten Allergy in this order, so please have them change gloves when prepping her food." You'd think they'd pay a little extra attention to getting the order correct, like they do at Every Other Culvers we go to!! But the multiple instances of a wrong order being handed to us, makes her trying to eat her food, much more stressful than it should be...
So after tonight, I really don't see us coming back. And from now on, we'll drive over to the N 4th St location for our Culvers food instead. (Which is still Really great, btw!!)
Culvers Franchise Overall: Highly Recommend!!
This location for Culvers: Do...
Read moreIf zero stars were an option, this Culver’s would be deserving. My experience here was a mess from start to finish, and the staff made it clear they couldn’t care less about fixing it. I paid almost $40 for a meal that was cold, incorrect, and incomplete—and when I pointed it out, I got nothing but rude, dismissive attitudes.
To start, my double cheeseburger arrived as a single. Cold. And my shake? Missing the Oreos I specifically ordered. I didn’t even get a straw, or a fork for that matter. But what really set me off was the soda situation. The drink was totally flat, so I politely asked for a different type. The response? “It’s still going to be flat.” They didn't even try to remedy the issue. They just shrugged it off with the same attitude as everything else, like it was a hassle that I even brought it up.
It’s obvious this place has zero commitment to service, quality, or even basic decency. They made no offer to fix the food or the drinks, and for the price, I left feeling completely cheated. I understand young people work here, and it was close to closing, but I still expect my order to be correct—and I expect respect when I ask for it to be made right. This Culver’s couldn’t be bothered with either.
If you’re looking for a meal worth your money, skip this place. They’ll gladly take your cash but won’t lift a finger to give you even half-decent food or...
