Busy Bee Diner — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

I hate to leave bad reviews for companies but this was horrible The cooks should not have face hair or they should wear something over their face. I ordered a full order of sausage, gravy and biscuits. My husband ordered the same and are five year old ordered one waffle I told the waitress There was beard hair And you could tell it was from someone's beard because it was thick. And it was someone that had black hair she seen it and took my plate to the manager. And then took it to the cook. At that point I noticed he had a beard And his beard was black and he had black hair like the hair that was in my food She asked if I wanted another order of the sausage gravy and biscuits. I said definitely not She went and got the money And refunded us for my plate just my order. Which is fine, but my husband ordered the same thing He immediately stopped eating his food. Honestly, I think they should have refunded our whole order. Because this was just sickening And the waitress apologized, I never seen. The manager never came over to us to apologize. It was the waitress that apologized. This was just so disgusting. Definitely We'll never be coming back here. Honestly, I think the manager should have came over too our table and apologized and then gave us our money back for our whole order. Considering the waitress did see the black bearded hair in my food as well And she was like, oh no Let me tell the manager. I am just so disgusted and sickening by the hair that was in my food. And never seen the manager once. This place needs to step. It's game up and have it's cook's wear masks or some kind of netting over their face. I definitely would not eat here ever again. Great breakfast and lunch sandwiches are my favorite the Rubin and the hamburger are amazing the biscuits and gravy is amazing but there is a new owner there and it's starting to go down hill me and my girlfriend went there and was waiting for my parents to get there it took them 45 mins to get there and the waitress had still never came to my table my mother just wanted to leave after 20 mins of still no one coming to are table but in amazement I wanted to see how if ever someone would come to our table no one ever did and what was crazy the place wasn't bizzy so they couldn't habe missed 5 people 4 adults and my child so I went and told the owner about waiting for an hour and a half without even being offered water he thought giving me a 10 dollar gift card was making up for it and just so you know I still have the gift card because I just felt insulted by waiting all that time and even more insulted by being givien 10 dollar gift card with no apology when all I wanted was an apology so if you have plenty of time to wait then you might feel this place is worth it such a shame I have been coming there since...

I've eaten here for many many years and has always been great! This last visit everything started very well polite and courteous waitress brought the coffee and our drinks very promptly and took our order as well. Came back quickly with our order, everything was intact and looked delicious . I ordered the chop steak medium well oh when it came it was it was still bloody in the middle it was very rare, It would normally have not been any problem album that would have corrected it was only A mistake. But the problem was the waitress never came back to check on anything.So the very item that I drove over 15 miles there to eat which never deliveredTo the table. Dear then when the check comes she finds out it was wrong and puts in for another order I have already finished the wreck to my breakfast my wife has finished her breakfast why what I wastarbucklist why would I wait on it and still expect me to pay it's still expected me to pay but I did not so she took it off the bill the bill.
