I was at this McDonald's with my daughter we had decided to get a quick bite before going grocery shopping (this particular McDonalds is inside of Walmart). As we procedeeded to the counter to order our food my daughter and i looked at eachother due to the employee at the counter had the meanest look on her like she didn't want to be there at all. We ordered our food as we usually do and we over heard the other employee on her cell phone having a personal call and when I tell you she used every profanity she could while a line was waiting to order so I noticed it was 15 minutes and no food so I went up to the counter and the one on the phone with a nasty attiude also said I'm coming and I sure did responded it took them another 5 mintues and the one that took our order comes to the table and literally throws the tray at us. It was Easter morning I told her she was rude and nasty and that I would be contacting corporate office and if she didn't want to deal with the public change her career path because clearly working with the public is not it. She went on to saying if I wanted her name because she didn't care. OUr regualar employees were definetly not there that day it was from night to day. Everyone noitced it. If you keep those two it's a guarantee you will loose customers it was bad for a while they got better and once again it has gone down hill. I will take my business somewhere else I do not have to deal with that mess. Time of incident was between 11:00 am thru 12 noon (2 hispanic young girls). I even heard from other customers that they are always rude like that...
Read moreHungry and tired after a long day at work tonight, as many of us are, I lowered my standards completely and decided to eat a simple burger at McDonald's after picking up a few necessities at Walmart (unfortunately, this Wallyworld is the absoluteworst in Pinellas County, not even counting the wannabe McDonald's). 8:45pm and the Mackie D tried serving me thee most burnt pieces of "meat" I've ever encountered in my life on a stale bun, and well just how on earth do you burn freeze dried onions? I brought it right back after a long walk to the car and only two bites. Dude at the register who took my order tried to act like he didn't know how to handle the fact that their store clearly serves burnt garbage on the regular and the woman sweeping the floor behaved similarly. Tristan, shift manager (or whatever his role is) was the one who wrapped up my burnt garbage on the line but when I said "I know you're not serious about this" as I showed him what I had ingested and how unacceptable it was to try serving such trash, he said, "oh what did they give you?" (he knew, he wrapped it up, approved). All I asked for was my money refunded and a free medium fry since I could only trust that all their "meat" was going to be burnt on top of being far past the "serve by" time. Got the fries to the car and ended up feeding them to the dogs since this location can't even get some fries right; they were soggy...
Read moreSo as I’ve gotten older I’ve realized fast food is only fresh 2/10 times. That being said I don’t typically eat at McDonald because I usually have an unpleasant experience with the freshness of the food. McDonald’s especially, often times get stale buns and below room temp Patties. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. But at THIS MCDONALDS I’ve stopped in a couple times while doing my grocery shopping and the food has BEEN FRESH on every experience. Food comes out HOT, and FAST and FRESH!! Two thumbs up on this McDonald’s, almost makes me want to only visit this one.
Staff is friendly and professional and are also hustling to get all the customers taken care of in a timely manner.
Best McDonald’s in Pinellas Park/St.Pete area HANDS DOWN!! Gives me hope that there is still a chance out here to get quality food at a fast food restaurant.
In my honest opinion, THE ENTIRE STAFF at this facility DESERVES A RAISE! They definitely take pride...
