Crumbl — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

Such a bummer of an experience here. Went inside about 8 pm - there were about 6-7 workers and only one worker actually helping customers. I placed an order at the kiosk - as did someone right before me. Our orders never were filled - people came and went - the workers never acknowledged us - Uber eats and Door Dash orders were called out / even with the pickup people not even being there - after about 20 minutes the customer that ordered in front of I interrupted the worker and asked for our order. Somehow they had lost both of our orders when we placed them right at the store. At first he just kept doing more orders and finally asked what we had ordered. I checked my credit card just to make sure the charge went through and it had. I ordered the mini cookies and the middle one / ask pictured is missing about a 1/3 of its dough. Just an all around bummer experience - mostly from a lack of any staff caring about the customers - not just me - but everyone in the store was complaining that only one person was helping the customers while everyone else filled up bags of icing (took 2 people to do that) and carried boxes from one side of the store to the other, etc. obviously I know there is a lot that goes into the whole process but 1 worker actually helping 20 customers at a time is...

I waited 40 minutes in my car curbside. I had my order once i arrived i put the color and type of car was in. I waited and waited no one brought me my order (i assumed they were super busy that’s why i didn’t go inside). I finally went inside. Once walking in the store no one greets you or asks how they can help you, they completely ignore you. I had to say hi three times. I told them about my order and they started to put the blame on me. One of the older employees told me i put it for pick up not curbside, to which i told her i can show her my phone and that it says curbside. She told me she called the order out 4 times. I repeated to her the order was curbside. Then she told me i failed to put my car info and that’s why they didn’t bring it out, to which i corrected her and told her the car info was there. Then she acted like some man 30 mins prior came and already collected the order. All in all this employee was a liar and very rude and disrespectful. I made it a priority to come into Crumbl Pinellas Park in their grand opening day!! I’ll be totally honest I was definitely hoping to score some free cookies!! Although I didn’t get any free cookies ☹️☹️the look on my kids face when we enter the beloved “Cookie store” is always worth it!! They didn’t miss a beat either, from the greetings to the smiles to the very nice cookie conversation I had with the gentlemen in the front of the store everything was just as it should be! Cookies were fast and fresh and looked amazing. I will definitely be back very soon as this is now the closest store to me! Welcome to the neighborhood Crumbl 🍪❤️

Update 7/6/24 I have tried to go to this location 3x this week, each time it’s failed me. The girls are all rude and have no customer service skills. They’re out of cookies all week long, the best cookies that week sold out. I really wish they were managed better.. either way I’ll take the extra 20 mins and drive to Seminole. Do better yall.
