Food was mostly delicious (the reason for the 3 stars), except for the "fiesta style" shrimp which is just some kind of, tastes like some out of the jar nacho cheese sauce that is not good and makes the crispy shrimp really mushy, (when we asked what it was no explanation was given so we had no idea it was this kind of thick mushy and very spicy sauce too. We couldn't eat it and left it on our plate unfortunately. A good option might be possibly providing that sauce on the side, like they do the cocktail sauces and such, might be a good alternative then pouring it over the shrimp like nachos ...and unfortunately, the service, not what we hoped or expected. It was the "all you can eat shrimp meal" that we all purchased, and when we asked for our first refill on the shrimp, (knowing that sometimes in the past refills could take up to 20 minutes to receive at other Red Lobsters we visit) the server, still in a bad mood, she actually told me quite sternly NO, pretty strongly, scolding me, saying SHE had to FIRST SEE that we had eaten at least HALF of our shrimp before she would turn in a refill request for us! We've eaten at Red Lobster for decades, when do they, on your very first request for a refill, do they monitor you and scold you? Even if she had said it jokingly we would have been okay with it but she was not joking! Our table was shocked by her entire time of waiting on our table -- she did not want to be at work that day, she was quick, rude and always would just walk away when we were still trying to gently speak with her. However, when speaking to the manager he was wonderful...and made up for the lack of good service... he spent quite a bit of time getting to know us talking to us at our table and of course we understand, we all have bad days but he said never should she had said no like that...never... we also ordered a meal to go and that was beautifully presented by him so we appreciated that as well. Of course we'll be back....can't stay away from that all you can eat shrimp. Although we just went to Outback and had their steak and all you can eat shrimp and I have to give them FIVE Plus stars 🌟 for their meal -- excellent service and excellent medium rare steak and shrimp with no question as to how much shrimp you wanted to order, plus it's LESS expensive than Red Lobster's all you can eat shrimp, go figure... A difference of...

Worst restaurant experience ever! Just left there. The website shows them as busy but it was anything but busy. At first we were greeted by a manager as the hostess was seating someone. We were seated pretty quickly with Jamie, but without menus. We ordered our drinks, 2 teas and a beer. We got the teas but the beer took about 15 minutes, in a restaurant that wasn’t very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, he came to take our order when we informed him we were still waiting on menus. We were given menus after another 5 minutes. After another 15 minutes, he took our order and brought us biscuits. No napkins or silverware yet.my daughter got a salad at which time she was needing another tea refill. He took her drink from the table. After a half an hour from placing our order the main courses were brought out. Once the food was delivered, we had to ask for silverware. My husband ordered a lobster tail, shrimp scampi and sea scallops. His side was rice, which was crunchy as if it just came out of the box. No tenderness to the rice at all. We mentioned it to someone who blew us off and said it’s the little brown crunchies in the rice. No, I could pick it up with my fork, drop it to the plate and hear it land! The lobster was dry and you couldn’t get it out of the shell! The scallops were also dried out. Obviously, the plate sat under the heat lamp long enough to remove all moisture from the dish. I ordered 1 lb of crab legs which were a joke. At the most it was 1/2 lb and mostly the thin non meaty end pieces. Certainly no where near $34 worth of crab. I ordered a lobster tail add on for $13.50 and it too was small, dry, tough and hard to get out of the shell. It was a fight to get any meat at all out of either the lobster or crab legs. See photo. The baked potato was fine. My husband would not allow me to call a manager because he likes to avoid conflict, but I can voice my opinion here. Avoid this Red Lobster! The last time my daughter and I ate there, we had a similar experience and vowed not to go back but got a Red Lobster gift card for Christmas and decided to give them another try and use the gift card. A $25 gift card and a $100 later, we learned a...

Thank you Red Lobster for reaching out and resolving the issue that happened that particular night. Things happen, incidents occur, we appreciate your hospitality in this matter!!!

1st time at this location ~ I was not impressed, yet truly very disappointed!!! Read my reviews, I have been to many Red Lobsters through the years and never experienced any of this! Each one has ALWAYS received a 5*

• was sat in the bar area, floor was atrocious (napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor when you are walking between the tables), no one noticed it apparently for the entire time we were there (one hour) • used the bathroom and in the ladies room their soap dispenser was on the counter dripping over the cut out where the garbage can is underneath?! • our dinner took over 40 minutes and there was only 6 tables and two servers in the bar area • a four top walked in, sat at the bar and waited. After 5+ minutes walked out the front door. 3 young ladies must have been walking in as they were walking out as the one girl walking by our table mentioned to her friends and the hostess we need to order right away, so we don’t wait?! • the salmon was cooked perfectly yet it was asked to be in the butter garlic not in the Cajun seasoning, the seafood boil was asked to be in Cajun seasoning yet it was in the butter garlic. The salmon I tried definitely had the Cajun seasoning, it was delicious!!! I asked for a side of the old bay and in turn I received a bowl of bland butter with no seasoning and was charged $2.99 • the seafood boil: corn, shrimp and potatoes were cold, the lobster was warm (not hot but warm) $45 SAD!! If you read the ticket, the server did listen to what I wanted however the kitchen did not read it/do as asked!

Unsure why a cooperate restaurant would have different standards than their other locations of having higher standards?! The bill was $83 before the tip which was truly disgusting. With the wait time of the food that may have been forgotten to be rung in/or not made when the ticket was put it to cashing out, it was a very bad experience!! We didn’t have time to wait for a manager nor did we see one walking around...

Haven’t been to red lobster in many years and I received a gift card for Christmas and we decided to go. Hubby and I thought ok we will go because we probably wouldn’t be spending much outside of the $75 gift card we would be using. The hostess was very nice and friendly. We were seated right away as there were very few people dining. We order drinks, the drinks we’re actually great, although the bar tender was a lil heavy handed with the alcohol but it was manageable. We order our food and everything was going well until I got full from the biscuits and fried shrimp. Hubby had the admiral’s feast (all fried seafood) he didn’t finish but didn’t take any of his to go because warmed fried foods never taste the same, so he left whatever was left. I on the other hand had plenty left and packed my shrimp Alfredo and shrimp scampi. I never even touched this portion of my meal because i was already full. The next day i told myself i was going to finish my meal. I put it in the microwave and pulled it out stirring it around to make sure it was evenly warmed. I then twirled it around with my for and saw a dark spot. I took a closer look and the picture speaks for itself. I instantly started to vomit because i had one of the shrimp from the scampi in my mouth. I threw everything away. I said before I was done with Red lobster but i know now i will never go back. The service was poor and the quality of the food was horrible before and now the food. This was enough for me. If i could take my one star back I would based on the food but the service was great!

I arrived at 12 noon for the seafood boil and found no one at the host stand, the bar, or anywhere to greet me. After ordering the boil, I was surprised to learn the garlic butter flavor was already sold out—considering it was only 12 noon and the restaurant was relatively empty. If you’re planning a visit, consider calling ahead to confirm they still have your preferred seasoning. I got the Old Bay sauce, which was a bit on the thicker side and didn’t seem very well seasoned—it could have used a little more salt, if you ask me. While waiting, I decided to try their new summer cocktail, the “Starry Eyed Surprise.” It’s a fun blue drink made with Tequila, guava, blue Curaçao, and Starry® lemon‑lime soda—a refreshing add‑on that was a bright spot in my visit. When my food arrived, the boil was only warm, with barely any steam coming from the bag, and it took a bit longer than expected to reach the table. The service, however, was decent—staff checked in every now and then to see how things were going. As I was leaving, I noticed that the men’s restroom was already unkempt, which felt disappointing considering the restaurant had only been open for about an hour. Pros: friendly service and a tasty new tequila‑based drink. Cons: no greeting at arrival, limited flavor availability, lukewarm food, and a messy restroom. Will try the other Red Lobster location in town next time.
