The owner here is awesome and very friendly! They have good prices for my cigarettes! They have a lot of different things here for decent prices! However I had an issue with one of the products I bought and it broke the same day and I went to return it and was told by one of the employees that I'm not allowed to return it and I'm not allowed to get my cash back for it he did let me trade it for something else. However I do not go to the store anymore there's too much drama between two of the employees there that are dating and I won't go into detail but I just don't feel comfortable going to that store anymore. I only found this shop this last week, and I have been there just once. However, first impressions last, and that one pop in will bring me back. I was there for a couple of specific items. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Along with being able to direct me straight to what I was looking for as far as a delta-8 product, he checked the torch I was purchasing and had no qualms with me switching/changing my mind twice. I also found it impressive that it is standard procedure for them to not only check the torches for function, but to check their fuel level; and if it's not full they have a can of butane to fill it before they hand it to you. Since I've come to a lot of different smoke shops this has been one of the best places in kindness places that I have been to. The employees are actually extra helpful to where they go out of their way to make sure that you find what you need and inform you with any information that you may require. They have prime hours which is available for any person day or night need to be with the work schedule.
