How on earth is this Subway still in business?!? On December 8th I placed an online order. I received the confirmation email and my bank account was charged. When I got there I was told the computers were down and they were closed and there was nothing they could do. Tried reaching out but it seems nobody cared. So I decided to just let that one go (big mistake). Decided to give them another try as one bad experience shouldn't be a reason to completely avoid a place. On December 27th I made an online order again. I received my food and was happy, until I got back to work and opened the sandwich up. Not only was the sandwich not cut in half like it always has been, but it was the sloppiest, most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Ended up having to eat my sandwich with a fork! I order from here all the time and have never had these issues. And now we get to tonight January 5th, I had a huge craving for Subway and decided to give them one last chance. I once again placed my order, drove there and had to go inside because the drive thru was closed. When I got inside myself and one other customers waiting in the "express pickup" area waited WAY longer than we should have, because apparently it takes two subway employees to make sandwiches for one customer. I finally get my sandwiches and return to work ready to eat. (Spoiler alert, it wasn't good). I opened my sandwich and not only was my sandwich not cut in half again, but the bacon was nearly completely raw, and the sandwich not even toasted, even though in the specific request section of the online order I put "crispy bacon, and cut sandwich in half"! Read moreI am super disappointed with Subway. I don’t know if it’s this location in particular. My husband and I have come here various times over the past few months. I’ve noticed that every single time there is barely any protein on the sandwiches. When I noticed again today as the girl was making my chicken teriyaki sandwich, they were too tiny little pieces of chicken per each side of the foot-long. I went back in and asked to speak with a manager who was not available. I also tried to call right after leaving, but the phones don’t work. There was also no survey or contact information on the receipt. I did send a message directly to SUBWAY® voicing this concern over small portions for protein and the price of the sandwich itself. I can go to Publix and get a beautiful sandwich with tons of meat on it for the same price or less. The girl behind the counter said that they are told to portion the meat out to 2.5 ounces Per 6 inch. That is ridiculous. You need to provide more protein on the sandwiches, especially for how much these cost. I’m super disappointed in various aspects that I couldn’t even reach you all via phone receipts, lacking any information and survey options, not being able to speak with a manager or even the girl behind the counter, asking for my information to give me a call later, and how much this recent purchase cost and what we’re actually getting for our money. Read moreDoor says dining room open until 10pm & we visited the location on 66th Street N by Bryan Dairy Road at 9pm & I tried to open the door, which there is picture loaded of with my hand on the handle of the door & both doors are locked. Then we walked over to the drive thru & no one was there either. We seen 1 employee (female employee) walking around in the store though. We don't recommend anyone to visit this location at night time you won't get a sub, our vehicle didn't fit the drive thru of this location and there wasn't anyone waiting in the drive thru, we just wanted to order 2 subs and be on our way.
We did want a sub for dinner been busy all evening and didn't have time until now to eat. Glad we found another location on our way home that we could get our subs from.
We wound up at the subway at 7099 66th street north at 9:25pm that was on our way home & we were able to go into the store itself & got our sons for dinner anyway. This location we give 5 stars, because it was clean the two guys that were there were pleasant and helpful, because of my fiance's limited meat diet he had to ask questions on the 3 types of subs he was interested in ordering. Both guys worked very well together like they were sinkerenized in what they were doing with our subs. Good...
