• businesses listed on app come at a different range of prices which is chosen by the business itself. Abide by the rules or opt out but at least stop with the excuses. You know the app says $12 for a $36 meal and you are not forced to be listed on it* So I got this food from an app that promisses a ''surprise meal'' paying $12+ tax (so you don't get to choose and its ok with me) for a $36 meal (reason why you just roll with the surprise factor and hope for the best). Here is the thing: what I got was ''questionably'' a $12 dollars meal that I DID NOT EVEN GET TO CHOOSE . I would honestly take my business elsewhere with those $12. So you don't have to be part of the app and it also allows the business to take the day off if they think they won't have enough to give at a discount at that day but what you can not do is what you just did because its very far from what the app promised. If my meal looked like, lets say...as a $24 dollars meal (instead of the promised $36)...I would probably give it a 5 stars cause my expectations were not even that high but common now...well...service was good and food was tasty for what matters...

FOLLOWUP: The staff has been more than helpful in resolving the greased stained shirt issue. They have made reparations above and beyond what I expected. A++ FOR EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I have amended my 'Star Rating' to reflect their courtesy.

ORIGINAL POST: I expected more from a Brazilian 'Steakhouse'. The location, in a plaza, should have told me it wouldn't be good. The meat was mediocre and the salad buffet wasn't very 'salad' friendly (not much there to add to watery lettuce). The grease from the very first course of meat was 'splashed' all over the front of my husband's shirt and it didn't phase the waiter at all. The waitress kindly brought us seltzer water, but the grease was ALL over (the shirt is soaking now and if it doesn't come out, I will be placing a call). I expected an apology from the waiter and/or at least a free dessert - but nothing. This is one place that I will not return to nor recommend. The price was high, the atmosphere was uninviting and their alcohol selection is very limited (which is why I didn't order the all you can eat AND...

Simply said, it was horrible. The food was very blend, the black beans, that should had been feijoada, it was bad; hardly any pork in it. As being a Brazilian myself, I know how it should look and taste like. Also, there were very few options of food in the buffet. The hostess did not even offer us anything to drink. I get it that it was her first day, but other waiters or hostesses should have taken action to correct it. After I had finished my meal, she asked me if I wanted anything to drink. You got this backwards, lady. She was more concerned about cleaning the tables than helping us. The meats on the skewers looked dry. I'm glad I did not go for that. The buffet and the paying area were mingled together. There was hardly any room there for each of them. I had to wait until some customers paid, before I could reach the food. The homemade hot sauce had no taste. When you walk from a very bright outside and go in, it’s very dark inside, and the pupils take a while to adjust. I was greeted when I walked in, which was nice.
