I came in her yesterday with my daughter and was treated with kindness and professionalism. The store is stocked with top of the line products at very good prices. The lady at the counter was very nice to me and answered any questions I had. I'm starting nail school in August and asked questions about certain products and they were able to point in the right direction selling me top quality materials. I bought a kolinsky nail brush and they pressed it for me. I also purchased colored acrylics, a nail light and many other items I needed. I actually went to the store twice in one day because they had so many great items and I couldn't beat the prices. Skip out on sallys go here you won't regret it. I bought a nail drill yesterday but had to return it cauze im a left handed andthe drill did not havr the feature to turn it on both directions. I asked the young lady if the drill had that feature she said she think so. But then this man. Said yelling at her and me no then he was so violent I was so insulted and almost attacked by this guy i asked the girl were was the owner and what was her name she told me Michelle we all know thats there american name. He started to get more and more aggressive to the point that my mom thought he was going to hit me. Thanks to the father of the owner that he started to yell at him and he stoped. I will never ever buy anithing from that place all get it at Nail pro i went to them after and she is getting it for me. absolutely loveeee this place. I go broke in this store. Only thing i wish would change is switch their closed day to sunday instead of Saturday because every nail supply store is closed on Saturday. Thats a busy day for some of us nail techs and i think one competitor should be open on Saturday. 7 days a week would be really great lol. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need for nails. The best brands and the latest products. Nail art. Acrylics. Tools. Literally everything at a very fair price and ALL the staff is very helpful and always willing to answer your questions if u got a product n something went wrong theyll be more than happy to explain what u did wrong and how its supposed to be applied and what not.
