TRAUMATIZING INCIDENT: The grocery store does have pretty good variety of food. However, BEWARE and STAY AWAY from the one young guy who is about 5’10” as he is EXTREMELY VULGAR, RUDE, TEMPERED, and VIOLENT and has no sense of customer service! In fact, he is even considered DANGEROUS!

We had ordered beforehand some items which the owner lady agreed to sell to us. When we came to pick the items up at the store, this guy screams and told us that the price the owner offered us is not acceptable to him. As we tried to contact the owner on the phone to confirm to her the price she offered us, he raced across the room from his register and pushes my wife aside, rips my cellphone out of my hand, and attempts to throw my cellphone across the room. That’s when we screamed that he will be liable if he breaks our phone. Upon which, he slams our phone on the counter and gave us the meanest, nastiest, killer look. Our only regret while this happened is that we didn’t call the police to report this guy’s violent behavior. Just steer clear away from this guy who seems to be a relative...

Team is friendly and attentive. We only shop for a few items, which we can usually find there, so I'm not sure how extensive the inventory is but it does seem like there's a lot. Some concerns on cleanliness and food handling (temperature /no covers) - we don't purchase animal products, but if we did, I'd probably avoid purchasing them here. Property needs a really good cleanup both out front and in the back. Odor from the dumpster area and what appears to be a food storage area is pervasive. When we visited, there was a pallet of boxed and unboxed packaged groceries sitting unattended, outside, on the stoop....available to whatever rats, mice, or roaches happen to be out that day. We were in the building for about a half an hour and during that time no one worked the pallet.

Note: drove by next morning, same pallet still there. Which means it sat out overnight. Even though that food is packaged, it's vulnerable to pests . Not okay. We bought some packaged food the day before which we'll be discarding now. Won't be back...

The owners are always so nice and pleasant. The prices are very good for their produce and products. They also have really yummy banh mi sandwiches, already made foods, and boba too. The banh mi and bobas are in the back cafe area and you gotta pay with cash at the cafe register though. They also are the only asian grocery store that I found dried butterfly pea flower tea buds at. I've looked everywhere for them and I finally found them by luck. Dont tell me I should just order them online because I hate ordering things online. I'm the type of person that likes to hold the stuff in my hands or try things on before purchasing. The day I found them there i wasnt even looking for the flowers. I was just looking at the chili shrimp salt and found the flowers right near them. If you dont know what a butterfly pea flower is, it's the flowers that turn your clear drink blue and then if you add an acid like lemon juice to it it changes your drink to purple/pink. It's...
