The atmosphere and the service was perfectly fine but I found most of the food to be middle of the road. The egg used in the omelette was rubbery. The biscuit was quite nice and the gravy had chunks of sausage but the overall flavor I still found to be good but not great. The price is actually a selling point if you will. If you want to get full, enjoy your meal enough that it beats cold cereal for sure, and you want to spend less than 10 per person, go here. The home fries were cooked through, in an oven or air fryer if I had to guess, they had a nice brown to them but I found them to be bland and even ketchup didn't resurrect them fully. Had they seasoned prior to the cook they had a lot of potential. The theme of the restaurant is definitely a good ol' hometown cookin' like me maw used to make and I wanted to give more than 3 stars but the food had me wishing...

I don't usually like little hole in the wall places. I'm very skeptical about them being dirty. But this was different. This place was a surprisingly clean gem of a restaurant. And even better was the food. Best sausage gravy and biscuits I have ever had. Bacon and sausage links were cooked perfect and the potatoes were great! I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast, brunch or lunch spot. I haven't tried any of their other dishes yet but I have been there twice and I'll be back again! Staff is very friendly and there is always someone walking around to refill your coffee/drink. Yes the ice is kept in a sink like some have said but that's the only thing that sink is used for and as I haven't gotten sick from the drinks ive had, then it must be kept very clean.
