Central Pizza-Off The Brick — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

First I want to put out there me and my family order pizza from here atleast once a week because we love the pizza! But last night we were at a friend's house bragging about this place and how good the pizza is. Anyways we ordered 3 xl pizzas and 12 wings. We ordered delivery,they told us it would be about an hour. No problem. Took about an hour and 20 mins to get to us. All of our pizzas were wrong, the wings were right . We called and they said we they would replace our pizza,instead of having them deliver we decided we would go pick it up because we were starving. They told us to bring back the pizzas they messed up. We kept the wings. When my friend left to go get the new pizzas ,I opened the wings and they were not cooked they were disgusting. I again called to tell them,and at this point was a bit upset and did not want my wings remade. They offered to refund half the money in cash. We paid 70$ on credit so I was ok with that. My friend came back with the pizzas and a 20$ bill. Mind you we drove all the way to pick our order up and then they only gave us a 20 dollar refund after all the hassle. I'm very disappointed and hate being a Karen but I was bragging about this place. The chicken wings got me so upset here is a picture. Not saying I would never go back here but would never bragg about...

This place is a mom and pops restaurant and they act like nothing more. I bought a spaghetti dinner and got a salad that was just one tomato 3 green peppers and a handful of lettuce. Then the garclic bread and spaghetti was just as expected, not good at all. It reminded me of why I go to Walmart and just buy the ingredients being as it would have been cheaper to go the Walmart route. Barely any meatballs on the spaghetti and garlic bread soggy and hard parts all over it. I call the restaurant and ask why the side garden salad has no cheese or other toppings and the manager tells me they have been open 25 years and they have always offered cheese on their regular salads but not on side salads that come with their 15 dollar meals... Oh and let's not forget that in order for delivery they asked me to spend $1.50 more to get delivery even though they charge $2.99 for delivery because they have a minimum. So despite my hesitation, I buy a bag of chips and it is $1.65 for one ounce of Lays plain potato chips... My first time ordering since 2014 amd I used to order from Kenneth City from 2011 to 2014 but now this will be my last time. There are better places to order who will give me value for the price and this place is not it. Bye...

Our order was wrong they forgot things and the food quality was horrible we usually order here every Friday and never had this bad of an experience won’t be ordering from this place any longer.

Update- we gave this place another chance and something was missing from our order a whole lunch and when I told the guy when he delivered it he came barging in, ranting and raving into our office while people were on the phone wanting to open the food and count the wings, finally I got on the phone with the restaurant and read him the receipt that I had in my email to prove that I paid for the order now the guy has to come back and give us the missing order, we are done with this place for good. They also forgot to give us small things in the order when it was specified in the order online . They also didn’t cook the food as requested. 2 people ordered the same thing and it looked completely different. Just an absolute disgrace...
