I have not ordered from the pizza joint for a while since Fortunados opened up on Park blvd. We used to order every Sat for my office and the pizza started to become inconsistent. So we decided to give them a chance again today. I always ask for the 18 inch pie which I made it very clear i wanted. Revel, the Spanish manager took my order and was pretty cool. He told me he has a 2 large, up to five toppings for $23.00. I made it clear again I wanted 18 inch pies. So they sent me 2 small 14 inch pies that were dry and had no crust. My office girl called up Revel and asked him why they sent 2 small pies since she is a pizza cook at a shop in clearwater. She knows the business and expected a credit or something. Revel told her to get loss and take our business elsewhere. I would of made him eat his words had I used a credit card like I normally do. But since I did not, he pulled the hood rat move and hung up. Please use a credit card if you order from these shisters in the future so you can charge their azzes back. We ended up throwing these dry pies out and reordered form Fortunado's, which happens to have the best pizza in the area anyway. I am making my rounds and will post negative comments every place I can. I am calling the health department to have them pay a visit just to make sure the joint is up to par. Read moreEdit on the second half of the review: Worst experience I ever had with a pizza place. I placed an order and they just decided to cancel it because they were "busy". Didnt notify me and let my family starve for almost 2 hrs.(Delivery was supposed to be 40-50 min. I tried to call them 8 different times. Finally got a hold of them and sat on hold for 10 mins just for them to hang up on me. I tried to call three more times but couldnt get through. I had to literally drive up to the place and they said sorry, but we were too busy. I will never go to this place again and I will let every single person I know in my community to pass. Edit** The OWNER notified that since the uber app didnt notify me, Its basicaly there problem. WELL how about the 40 mins I spent tryng to call you and didnt get an answer? I called 8 different times and finally got a hold of someone just to be waiting 10 mins on hold and hung up on. then, tryed to call 3 more times. I THEN had to drive to the location to get a REFUND.
