Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Pineville

This place is clean. The employees are clean. The place is always stocked with all items that you're used to from Jersey Mike's. Every single one of the staff members are courteous, polite, attentive, and absolutely engaging. If it's not your thing, they figure that out and won't bug you except for the sandwich questions. Every sandwich has been made perfectly since I've been visiting this location for the past year.

Now, here's a little secret...if you've never had the grilled veggie wrap from this place, you're missing out...but only if you go to this location, though...and made by one person. The other locations in Charlotte can't come close to the way this one is made. Here's the catch, the lady manager has to grill it, too. It's a bit unrealistic to have her do it every time, but on occasions, I'll request her to make it. But let me tell you the vegetables are caramelized perfectly; the amount of extra vegetables that you request from jalapenos, banana peppers, pickles, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes has the perfect ratio of perfection to where one doesn't overpower the other; the precise amount of ranch and honey mustard to add that little bit of additional flavoring sets it off nicely; the cheese is melted thoroughly and throughout the vegetables to cover the entire bit of contents making sure you get some in every bite; and the tomato basil wrap is crisped just enough to add some extra slightly crunchy texture. It really is out of this world good. I'd post pics, but it doesn't last long enough to take a picture...

My 1st experience happen on 02/16/2020. It was horrible. The customer service was just awful. I was rush while my order was taken. Then I had to wait for my order. Then at the register, my total came to $68 and some changes. The transaction showed approved on my end but the computer froze on their end. The reps try to tell me it happens all the time. She even made a comment by saying and "this is what the world replies on". Afterward, she stated that the transition didn't go through and that she has to run my card again. When I show her my bank statement saying I didn't feel comfortable giving my card again because the money has already been taken. She told me it was not because there was no record on her end. She looks at it twice as I showed her my transaction from my phone and still said we don't have the transition and toss me my food. When I stood there, she asks what else do you need? I mention to her she never gave me the cups for my meals. So with such an attitude gave the cups. It was a very uncomfortable situation in front of my children. After this experience, our food was not desirable anymore. I suggest if you select this restaurant to bring cash because you just never know if you might be the next one to experience this outcome and unwelcome feeling. My family will not visit this Jersey Mike location in the future. I hope other customers have a better experience...

Really disappointed with this location. Other JMs are usually so good. This group…whew. I don’t get it. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches from the app at 1 pm. So not directly in the middle of lunch rush. The app said ready in 30 mins, and I thought that surely that could not be right for just 2 sandwiches. So I drive there (about 10 mins later) and yup, the manager behind the counter tells me it will be another 25 mins because we, quote, “we are really backed up”!!! What? Stop it. You are a sandwich shop. This is what you do. Zero excuses. DO NOT encourage use of the app and then punish us for actually using it. And there were only 4 people on line when I got there. If I had jumped in line they would have definitely had me out of there in 10 mins. But you’re going to punish me for placing an app order? For 2 cold deli sandwiches?? And whoever the manager was with the visor covering her eyes…whoever you are, you need training on how to deal with customers pleasantly. You don’t just get to say oops sorry, that’ll be 25 mins til you get your sandwich. Just ridiculous. Will NOT be be going to the Johnston Rd, Charlotte...
