Nazo's Wrapway — Restaurant in Pineville

Updated Post 2 days later. The owner reached out to me about my experience. I normally don't try a restaurant again, but the owner was so caring. I had to give them another try. I tried the food again today. A totally different experience. The food was delicious! I tried the pistachio gelato. It's the best gelato I've had in Charlotte. Do NOT leave without buying some baklava. It is the best I ever had! If you dine in please try the Turkish tea. I had gotten off of work and my body was tense and sore. As I was drinking the tea I felt very calm and it help alleviate some of the pain I was feeling. It was what I needed. I had to change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. This experience was a blessing . I am so glad I came back. The owner is a wonderful man. I will definitely be a frequent customer.

I am highly disappointed. I ordered my food online I live 5 minutes away from this restaurant. I was excited because the Google reviews were great. My food was ready when I came which was the only good thing I can say. The problem was my food looked nothing like the pictures on Google. One of the plates I ordered, didn't have the lid on correctly. The other plate was drenched in so much water, that the bottom of the bag was filled. The lamb and chicken tasted like it was cooked in water. The roasted red peppers tasted like frozen vegetables not fresh. It all tasted like a mushy textured mess. Literally brand new to the shopping center today so they might not have their menu on the screens yet.... Awesome Mediterranean bowls! The lamb is amazing, so is the chicken.... The potatoes are perfect, very well seasoned. Even the chickpeas are really good! I like a good mix of everything, pricing was pretty decent for the amount of food, I think it was $13.99 for everything? You will be impressed, and it's a family run business that also operates a location in the University area. I got carryout because I was in a hurry, but he is really friendly and takes pride in his food obviously. I am definitely coming back here again. While I was eating it, I nearly forgot where I was and what time it was.... I think someone was calling my name and I couldn't hear them over the loud satisfaction of the food. 10/10

Update: I went here again... You can't go wrong. I got spicy chicken this time and lamb.... actually I got that both times, whatever, it was so good. Cabbage. Yellow rice. Lettuce. Um...... What else did it have..... I don't remember I ate it so fast.... Trust me place...

Nazo’s Wrapway is an absolute gem! The food was delicious, and every item had great flavor even without adding the sauces. They offer several sauce options, and while some are on the spicy side, keep in mind that I have a very low tolerance for hot/spicy food.

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, with very little noise, making it a great place to enjoy your meal. Seating inside is somewhat limited, so it’s best to arrive before the lunch rush. There are also outdoor chairs, but that depends on the weather.

One thing I really appreciated was how friendly the staff is. On my first visit, they offered a generous sample of the food so I could be sure I’d like it before ordering—such a thoughtful touch!

Overall, this was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. And next time I’m in the area, I’ll make sure to try the Colombian restaurant in the same shopping...
