If I could give them 0 stars that's what I would do. I called in an order and I had to repeat my order 4 times not 2 or 3, but 4 times. My payment method 3. Ok I wait 25 minutes in the parking lot because it's supposed to be about 15 minutes. I had 3 Philly steak sandwiches, 3 fries, 3 Dr pepper. How hard is that to comprehend. Finally after 25 minutes I go to the door and the girl hollers and wants to know what I want. I told her my name and she said oh it's ready. She brings me 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and 1dr pepper. I told her it wasn't right. The got aggravated and told me I didn't pay for anything but what she gave me. So she went back and recharge d for it. Whenever she came back to give me the rest she brought 1 fry that she owed me and 1 drink. Told her I was still missing a drink and she said I guess I'll just give it to you then. I didn't want anything for free but I did expect better service. I got down the road and looked at the receipt and it was $44.00 for just about nothing. Granted the fries were small and drinks were nothing but carbonated water. So that was money on a meal that was completely wasted. Used to eat there all of the time but I won't be back. If they are going to be that bad with something so simple then I sure don't want anything complicated for...

The ribs from the Alexandria location are consistently better and I talked to a manager some months ago to let them know. Maybe they could make them better in Pineville. Today I decided to try them again since I live in Pineville. I got a large rib plate takeout so that I could eat two meals at home but when I got home, the ribs were so dry that I could not eat them. So, I brought it back, and told the very nice lady at the counter the ribs were bad and the manager (different one) walked up was very rude and without inquiry or even speaking to me put them in the garbage and then asked what I wanted a replacement or a refund. I asked for a refund and then I tried to be helpful and explain that whenever they come out that dry, perhaps the cook should make sure they don’t get to the customer. The manager interrupted and stated that, the ribs in Alexandria are preferred by some and their ribs are preferred by some. I tried to explain to her that these would not be acceptable to anyone, but she continued to cut me off, and I gave up and left with a refund. I doubt I’ll be back.
UPDATE! Got chopped beef sandwich with two side ribs...
Read moreFirst time to try. Although two stars given, there are some positives hidden in there. Drive through, two meat plate, brisket & pork ribs, bbq beans, coleslaw, pickles, onions, bread and sweet tea ordered. Voice through intercom was definitely detached and grinding through the job. Brisket- smoked well, nice ring, chewy bark and moist. Could have used a tad more s&p but it was a solid 4 stars. Pork Ribs- smoked perfectly. Meat fell off bone and mostly tender. Couldn’t really detect much seasoning. Definitely could stand to get heavier on seasoning. Coke Slaw- over sauced but, proper fresh crunch. BBQ Beans- pork and beans doctored up. Didn’t care for them at all (and I like pork and beans) Pickles, onions, bread- not delivered. I can go with just meat and these three items. For them to be forgotten killed the whole experience. Sweet Tea- spot on Finally, the drive through attendant (Susan R according to the receipt) was indeed just as disengaged in person at the window as was perceived through the speaker. Bad day perhaps. Doesn’t encourage repeat patronage.
The meat showed great potential. Will try again next time I’m in town and will dine in to see if the...
