TL;DR: This place has good food and friendly staff. 90% chance you won't run into any issues eating here.
I've been eating here at least once a week for 5.5 years now. Never had a major issue. Had one issue with the staff accidentally duplicating an item on my receipt and overcharging me, which was easily resolved.
The dining area is typically well maintained and sanitized. The biggest issue I've run into was the ketchup being out.
The food is usually out very quickly, less than a 5 minute wait on most days, some days I order and can't even sit down before my food is ready and it's still hot and tastes good.
Prices keep going up on everything. This is due to the corporation (BK) using new dynamic pricing menus. This is not the fault of this specific establishment. Some of my favorite items have increased in price from 2.19 to 2.79. It's not something I'm going to lose sleep over.
They usually close the lobby early at 9pm despite their sign saying 10pm. As long as you're here between opening (6am) and 8:45pm, you're fine to eat in the dining area, otherwise - use the drive thru.

She interrupted me, demanded the coupon number, and when we got to the window, she had processed the order incorrectly. We pointed out to her that we ordered a "Bacon King" sandwich and she said boldly and argued with us, "I say bacon cheeseburger." We again clarified the order was for a "Bacon King" sandwich. This went back and forth multiple times, the woman screaming at us and arguing until my daughter literally had to raise her voice and say firmly, "No, you are incorrect. I ordered a Bacon King sandwich." The woman then said, "You not pay." We told her we are happy to pay the difference. We just want what we ordered. The woman took our money then with the drive thru window still open began screaming at other workers and slamming cups and bags. She processed the transaction and gave us the Bacon King and promptly slammed the drive thru window. This woman was older and should definitely act better. I pay and they pass me my food. Now wait a minute, I said FRESH. That take 4 minutes. So, I immediately ask for the manager, she said it's fresh "I just made me" I repeated to her I asked for it fresh out the grease back at the window(twice) and I was wiling to pull over and wait for it.
