I live in the area and have been going to this Taco Bell for years. The service got really terrible and I just couldn't come here anymore. Sloppy food preparation and tacos falling apart, and there used to be poor customer service!!! I have to say if you want clean (non greasy, fresh) taco bell, I recommend "Hurcules Taco Bell"! 100% The staff is friendly and helpful, courteous! They put time into the presentation of the food. I recently came here to Pinole's Taco Bell, and if it feels like the food is still shitty. But the customer service is a bit better. About 5 years ago at Pinole Taco bell, I asked the drive thru staff for extra mild sauce and the guy was so rude, he made a comment on me asking for more, and I ignored it to get what I wanted but he was such a smart ass he gave me a small paper bag full to the top of mild sauce, he even laughed about it. I just took it and drove off. I was so pissed it was my last trip at Pinole Taco Bell. I live in Tara Hills and would rather drive to the next town to enjoy my Taco Bell!!!
Please, if you're not happy, I really recommend Hurcules Taco Bell!!!! It's worth having positive vibes, and the preparation of your food is so much...

One Star is Too Generous – Taco Bell, What a Joke
Let me just say this straight: Taco Bell, get your act together. I’ve had bad experiences before, but this was next-level garbage. The service? Pathetic. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy — just straight-up rude and dismissive.
And don’t even get me started on the portion size. I paid real money and got food that looked like it came from a toddler’s play kitchen. If I wanted a snack, I would’ve gone to a vending machine. This was supposed to be a meal. Do you think we’re stupid?
To make it worse, there was no bill provided. No receipt, no breakdown, nothing — just handed the food and shoved along like cattle. That’s shady as hell, and honestly, feels borderline illegal. What are you hiding?
This isn’t just about fast food. It’s about basic decency and respect for customers. You’ve failed across the board. I’m never coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.
**Do better. Or don’t — just know you’re losing people...
Read moreOverall, the food is standard Taco Bell -- nothing really done well, and rarely done poorly (except for the cheesy fiesta potatoes that were as hard as rocks and missing fair amount of sour cream and cheese).
The service is the real curveball at this location. The drive thru staff range from okay to absolutely on top of their game.
But once one goes indoors any veneer of professionalism or appropriate behavior go out the window. Friendly banter isn't a big deal, but loud messing around with all manner of loud profanity is not the best look.
I don't know who the store manager or area manager are, but they are clearly not doing their jobs in terms of providing guidance to the younger people who work here.
On the positive: the food rarely suffers from the lack of professionalism,...
