Dunkin' — Restaurant in Piscataway Township

I wish I could rate minus stars. Worst dunkin donuts ever. I ordered bagel online with cream cheese. The put very thin layer of cream cheese and every bagel was burnt. This was the third time this happened so I went back to store and complained about it to the lady who made it, and then hearing that the other lady came out and started shouting on me. Saying that this is the amount you get everywhere. I order bagel from different dunkin donuts and they never do that. And her explanation is that the other stores give the food to the people for free. And she is applying the correct amount and if I want to get the amount as other stores then I should pay more money. Lol, and during all this conversation her voice was so height and arrogant as if she of doing me a favour by making me not burnt bagels again. And when she was making it she was showing me tantrums like bangging the utensils on the table and all. I mean this is never expected. Store team is always supposed to be polite to customers. That is what I was taught to me when I used to do the similar job. But seems like it’s not same for Dunkin donuts? Or may be specifically this location. The same store had old staff which was really good I never had...

Does not even deserve 1 star! By far the worst Dunkin Donuts location in the area!!! Worst customer service, do yourself a favor and go to a different location! This is not the first time my husband and I had such a bad service here. Ordered a mobile pick up today got there after 20 min. of ordering on the app and it was not ready. Waited for another 20 min. to get my order! A total of 40 min to receive my mobile order!!! People were coming in and out order in the spot and getting their order. Placed an order for 1 dozen of donuts and two sandwiches to wait 40 min. My husband had a similar issues a few months back with this same location! Burnt bagels and sandwiches, long waits even with mobile order and poor varieties of bagel, always sold out! The company claims that they earned a #1 rank in customer service and that their quality products is always consistent but this location does not even meet the bare minimum level of standard service! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location! To management, take off your location on the app if you CAN NOT FULFILL...

I really don’t review often/at all but this service was terrible. During our order, the lady behind the counter kept leaving to do other things. She didn’t read the order back to us to make sure it was all right. I assume she didn’t hear our full order as a result. It seemed like they were rushing everything because every customer in the store was unhappy with something and vocal about it. Order was given in pieces instead of all at once and instead of them making sure everything was there, they told us to make sure everything was there before leaving. They gave us 4 parts to our order, free jelly doughnuts for whatever reason, and when everything was finally checked, half of the wrong food. I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you like thinking everybody on the clock is stressed and can’t handle even...
